Witness For the Defense of Ron Wyatt
Witness For the Defense of Ron Wyatt
A Rebuttal to Clifton Emahiser’s Attempt to “Expose” Ron Wyatt
By Pastor Eli James
“Who hath believed our report, and to whom is the arm of Yahweh revealed?” - Isa. 53:1; John 12:38; Romans 10:16.
I continue to be amazed that many in Christian Identity still don’t understand that the 28-year campaign of slander against Ron Wyatt has been orchestrated by the Zionists in Kikestan. If the Jews are attacking someone, you should be immediately suspicious of their motives. If, in addition to the Jews, the politically correct crowd joins in the hooting and hollering, you can be sure that the Kikes are behind that too. This is Conspiracy 101. If there’s a coordinated effort to destroy someone, there’s a rabbi in the editorial office. It’s called “Know your enemy.” Jesus put it this way: “By their fruits shall ye know them (Jews).”
I am dismayed that so many in Identity reject Ron Wyatt’s tremendous archeological discoveries simply because he was a Judeo-Christian! Do you reject the autobahn (superhighways) simply because it was developed by Nazis? Do you reject borscht simply because it was invented by Russians? Do you reject Jesus Christ because the Jews claim He was a Jew? (White Nationalists reject Him for this very reason!) We cannot allow these emotional issues to cloud our thinking. We must strive to be objective where simple matters of fact are concerned.
Ron Wyatt was a Seventh Day Adventist. He falsely believed that the Jews are the Israelites of the Bible. So do millions of other duped Christians. Does that fact make their jobs unproductive? Does a false theological belief make an electrical engineer unable to wire circuits? Does it affect the plumber’s ability to clear drains? Does a false belief make people liars in all other respects? What about you, dear reader? Were you a liar before you began to appreciate the theology of Christian Identity? To be wrong is not the same as being a liar. Liars err deliberately.
If you hold one false belief, does that make your life’s work invalid? This is the sloppy thinking that goes on, when emotions take the place of reason, when judgment is based on disliking someone instead of on the facts. Yahshua tells us, “Judge not, lest ye be judged.” So when we judge, we had better do it fairly and logically. It takes maturity to avoid disliking a person who disagrees with you. Too many people lack this maturity. Just because Ron Wyatt was a 7th Day Adventist is no reason to hate him or to accuse him of being a fraud. Fraud is a serious charge. The one making the accusation must be able to prove it, or the accuser is liable for the same penalty that the accusation asserts.
Pervasive Wyatt-Bashing
To paraphrase Shakespeare: “Methinks the ladies doth protest too much.” Wyatt-bashing is a really popular sport. It comes from many sources…too many sources. Few of these sources provide reliable information. I have looked at a dozen of these sites; and none of them provide detailed information about Wyatt or his discoveries. Those that do challenge his findings have been found to be in error about specific claims. For reference, here is a typical Wyatt-bashing website: http://ldolphin.org/wyatt.html
The anti-Wyatt articles run about 20 to 1 against the pro-Wyatt articles. When the field is this lop-sided, we should ask the question: Why? The argument should be settled by facts, not by opinions. This article, by Linda Gunderson, is less accusatory, but she is very incredulous. She just can’t believe that one man has made so many discoveries, while the rest of the archeological world has done very little to verify the Bible. http://www.tccsa.tc/articles/wyatt.html It does not occur to her to ask, “How many mainstream archeologists are there who really want to verify the Bible?” Most people assume that archeology, as an institution, is either neutral or favorable to Biblical archeology. This is not true. Mainstream archeology is, in fact, very hostile to the Bible. As a consequence, there is no sympathy for anyone outside of their camp, such as Ron Wyatt. This fact should count against them, not against Ron Wyatt. Wyatt was trying to verify the Bible’s history through his archeological work. There should be many more like him, but there aren’t.
A third website, critical of Wyatt, has this to say: Wyatt and his promoters have, in general, refused to answer the questions raised by such detractors. Instead, they have most often chosen to address the questions in general by calling into question the sincerity or honesty of the questioner. Source: http://www.isitso.org/guide/wyatt.html
The first sentence is absolutely false. It is a blatant lie. It is part of the smear campaign against Wyatt. In this rebuttal, you will read the direct answers given to Wyatt’s critics. If the Wyatt camp questions the integrity of his critics, it is because we have good reasons for being suspicious of overtly hostile people. One of the main accusations against Wyatt is that he “could not reveal certain facts and evidence that would substantiate some of his claims because he was privately asked--or ordered--by unnamed Israeli authorities to withhold that information as it was believed to be "dangerous" for Israeli security.” His critics imply that Wyatt was not forthcoming with respect to all of his discoveries, when it is, in fact, true only of the Ark of the Covenant. The accusation of a general refusal to answer questions is patently absurd. It is disinformation, designed to turn you against Ron Wyatt. The Israeli government did, indeed, make him sign an agreement to keep this particular story quiet. Regarding all of his other discoveries, Ron Wyatt has not withheld any information. On the contrary, the best that Wyatt’s critics can do is suggest alternative explanations for his findings. To date, none of his claims has been proven to be false.
At the same time, other critics call him a “shameless self-promoter.”
{ http://www.apologeticsindex.org/w07.html } Why would a self-promoting huckster damage his own marketing campaign by withholding information? More lies would certainly increase his notoriety. Isn’t this the Hollywood way? A self-promoting huckster would actually exploit the Israeli request rather than honor it. You also have to consider the fact that the Israelis would not allow him to come back to the dig site if he did not honor this demand. It is so easy to criticize when you refuse to look at all of the facts. The simple fact is this: Ron Wyatt went about his business very quietly and professionally. He took whatever publicity he could get; and he promoted the Holy Blood story in various SDA churches.
Some of the worst smears even come from Seventh Day Adventists. {For example: http://blessedquietness.com/Journal/housechu/nccg.htm} Why would that be? Because the SDA church teaches that the Last Beast will be a revival of the Roman Catholic Church as a World Empire. This is exactly what the Israelis want to hear. It takes the focus away from Zionism as the Last Beast. It plays right into the Jews’ “g-d’s chosen people” charade. Any theory that will take the spotlight away from their evil Zionist Empire works to their advantage.
The fact that Ron Wyatt was an Adventist worked to his advantage, insofar as obtaining Israeli co-operation for his digs. Can you imagine the Israelis co-operating with Eli James or Clifton Emahiser? Those two horrible “anti-Semites”!!! We would be lucky to get out alive! The good relationship between Judaism and Adventism was his ticket to doing archeology in the “Holy Land.” What Israeli official could ever have imagined that Wyatt would uncover proof of the Virgin Birth?
You have to understand that the last thing the Israelis want is a real Christian revival. Nor do they want in-depth discussion of the Bible. People might find out that they follow the Talmud, rather than the Torah. Exposure of Jewish lies and verification of Christianity’s most fundamental beliefs would be a fatal blow to Judaism’s persistent denials. You have to appreciate the Jewish mindset to understand how seriously the Holy Blood discovery challenges Judaism’s theology. This is the real reason for the 28-year suppression of Wyatt’s discovery. This is why so many blatant falsehoods have been purveyed about Ron Wyatt.
If you do a web search of Pastor Eli James, you will find that the first few articles are highly accusatory, as these come from Jewish sources, who hate what I teach. This is understandable, because I oppose everything the Jews stand for. The odd thing is that, in the case of Ron Wyatt, he actually believed that the Jews are the Israelites of the Bible. Why would the Jews turn on someone who believed that? Why would they want to destroy his reputation? The answer is the nature of his discovery. Could it be that, rather than put out any news of the Holy Blood – which would cause a sensation in the world of Christendom – they would choose to destroy Wyatt’s credibility? Such tactics are not exactly new to the Jews. Haven’t they been smearing the German people with their phony hoaxacaust propaganda for 65 years? The subtle difference is this: In the case of Ron Wyatt, they use goy proxies to smear Wyatt. They don’t want to be too obvious, as the issues involved are explosive. The issues are the Messiahship of Jesus Christ, the Virgin Birth, the Resurrection, Ascension, etc. The Jews deny all of these things; but mainstream Christianity ignores this fact. Consequently, organized Jewry has to handle such potential controversy with kid gloves. Millions of dollars of Christian Zionist donations are at stake, not to mention the “fundamentalist” voting block controlled by them. The Jews don’t want to offend the duped Christian sheeple, so, in a case like this, they let their proxies (academics and journalists) do the dirty work.
The last thing the rabbis want is to have the Christian world reminded of the Jewish rejection of Christ. Public discussion of these irreconcilable differences is taboo…in the press and in the churches.
Can you imagine what would happen if every Christian minister advised his flock to watch Ron Wyatt’s video about his discovery of the Holy Blood? The Jews stand in patent fear of such a development. Unfortunately, the Wyatt-bashers, some of whom are in the Christian Identity camp, are actually assisting the Jews in their smear campaign against Wyatt. Not a few of them have accused me of folly in promoting Wyatt’s discoveries. I am undaunted. The very least I can hope for is that my defense of Ron Wyatt will make him posthumously famous. Not only is Ron Wyatt an honest man, he is correct about the Holy Blood.
For those of you who have not yet seen this video, here is the link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtVSPfBTUJs This link gives the detailed explanation: http://www.wyattarchaeology.com/ark.htm More videos here: http://www.google.com/search?q=Ron+Wyatt's+holy+blood+video&hl=en&rlz=1T4ADBF_enUS317US317&prmd=v&source=univ&tbs=vid:1&tbo=u&ei=XJIHTMnjLZzKMvmu-LUE&sa=X&oi=video_result_group&ct=title&resnum=11&ved=0CEYQqwQwCg
I encourage you to forward these links to every Christian you know, Identity or otherwise. If our goal is to revitalize Christianity, this video has more potential impact than all of our precisely reasoned Identity articles put together. For the vast majority of people, religion is an emotional subject. It is difficult to reason with drunkards. As the Word says so often, “They are drunk, but not with wine.” Our own desires and false hopes can be a worse form of drunkenness than cocaine. (“Religion is the opiate of the people.” Touche’, Karl Marx! But, the Bible actually said it first!) Since the Jews absolutely hate Jesus Christ, they would do anything and everything to hush this story up. Clifton Emahiser completely disregards this reality and puts the onus squarely upon Ron Wyatt, as if he is the cause of his own bashing. Since the Jews are the world’s experts at character assassination, we have to at least investigate this possibility. Clifton Emahiser has not done this; and his writings about Ron Wyatt show no evidence of having checked out any of Ron Wyatt’s critics. He simply assumes they are trustworthy and enthusiastically joins the mob.
The Proceedings of Mr. Emahiser Versus Mr. Wyatt Will Now Begin
Pastor Eli James, Defense Counsel for Ron Wyatt
There are always two sides to every story. Most of you have never heard or considered Ron Wyatt’s side. Too many people have had a knee-jerk reaction against Ron Wyatt, solely on the basis of all the negative propaganda they’ve heard about him. You have been encouraged to shrug him off as a phony. I was immune to this propaganda, because I had hardly even heard of Ron Wyatt and never at all heard about the Holy Blood…not until 26 years after the fact. So much for Ron Wyatt being a shameless self-promoter. It seems as though the only people who know about his work are those who hate him and ridicule him.
There are always two sides to every story. Now, we will consider the other side of the story. Clifton Emahiser has written an article challenging Ron Wyatt’s credibility. For the purposes of this paper, he represents the prosecution. I will represent the defense.
Here is the initial correspondence I received from Clifton, with my responses in red:
May 1, 2010
Dear Eli,
I am putting a paper together I am going to entitle "Ron Wyatt, Honest?, Or Deceitful Fraud?" The following is an unproofread portion of my paper (You might want to check my facts, as I might be in error):
Why is the subject of the Ark of the Covenant mentioned so many times in the Old Testament, and then suddenly there is no more citing of it from Jer. 3:16 until Rev. 11:19? Maybe the following data will clear up the matter:
Jer. 3:16: "And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith Yahweh, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of Yahweh: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more."
Rev. 11:19: "And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail."
{Clifton, you are making several logical errors in your argument. 1.) Just because an object is no longer mentioned in Scripture is not proof that the object itself disappeared into hyperspace. 2.) The verses you quote say that the object will no longer be remembered. That's EXACTLY what happened. The verses do NOT say that the object physically vanished from the physical earth. Jer. 3:16 is NOT saying what you interpret it to mean. You are saying what you WANT it to mean. 3.) Rev. 11:19 says the object was "seen IN Heaven." Does this mean that the object was physically transported up to Yahweh's throne? Or is Yahweh able to see anything and everything from His throne in heaven? Your interpretation of these verses is not always what these verses mean. 4.) Revelation is a vision and very little of it, as you know, can be taken literally. Are you prepared to say that the Ark was physically transported off the earth, as were Enoch, Elijah, and Jesus? The verses that say that are literal. There is no such literal statement that conforms to your interpretation. Stick to the language as it is given and you will not reach beyond the limits of the real meaning.}
A Commentary, Critical and Explanatory, on the Old and New Testaments by Jamieson, Fausset & Brown, vol. 4, page 11, states in part on Jer. 3:16: "The ark, containing the two tables of the law, disappeared at the Babylonian captivity, and was not restored to the second temple ..."
{That's because it's still buried somewhere.}
Encyclopedia of 7700 Illustrations from the Libronix Digital Library states in part on Jer. 3:16: "Even though the vessels of the first temple were taken to Babylon (cf. Jer. 28:3), perhaps the ark of the covenant is hidden out on Mount Nebo {This is THEIR speculation, not mine.} where the book of 2 Maccabees (2:1-7) says that the prophet Jeremiah hid it."
2 Maccabees 2:4-7 reads:
"4 It was also contained in the same writing, that the prophet, being warned of God, commanded the tabernacle and the ark to go with him, as he went forth into the mountain, where Moses climbed up, and saw the heritage of God.
"5 And when Jeremy came thither, he found an hollow cave, wherein he laid the tabernacle, and the ark, and the altar of incense, and so stopped the door.
"6 And some of those that followed him came to mark the way, but they could not find it.
"7 Which when Jeremy perceived, he blamed them, saying, As for that place, it shall be unknown until the time that God gather his people again together, and receive them unto mercy."
Incidentally, the 2nd book of Maccabees is in the original 1611 edition of King James Version of the Bible!
The IVP Bible Background Commentary, by C.S. Keener on Rev. 2:17 states: "The original ark of the covenant was permanently lost in 586 B.C. (cf. Jer 3:16), and the manna inside it had vanished before then. But a wide spectrum of Jewish [sic Judahite] tradition declared that Jeremiah (e.g., 2 Maccabees, 4 Baruch) or an angel (2 Baruch) had hidden them and that they would be restored at the end time ...".
{These statements fit my interpretation better than they fit yours. I doubt that these commentators suggest that "vanished" means dematerialized. They mean that no one knows where it is. (Note here added for this presentation: Baruch says these items WOULD BE RESTORED AT THE END TIME. Did you catch that, Clifton? Guess what? This blows your dematerialization theory sky high! Thank you for providing evidence against your own case. Thanks to Ron Wyatt, we now know where the Ark is. But the Israelis are standing in the way of the fulfillment of this prophecy; and so are you!)}
The Bible Knowledge Commentary on Jer. 3:16, by Walvoord & Zuck, on page 1134 states in part: "The ark of the covenant, which was lost after Babylon destroyed Judah in 586 B.C., would not be missed, and another ark would not be made. ...".
{Possibilities you are not considering: Let's read verses 6 & 7 again: "6 And some of those that followed him came to mark the way, but they could not find it." Here again, we have more possibilities than the one you have picked. 1.) The markers were obscured and they could not find the cave. 2.) They found the cave but did not find the ark in it. Now, your's is conclusion #1; but I submit to you that you are wrong, BECAUSE, given an item of such importance, all Jeremiah had to do was go and find it himself, as he would know exactly where he had placed it. Not so? Conclusion #2 is much more likely. So what happened to the Ark? Someone must have moved it, without Jeremiah's knowledge. 3.) The Israelites often disobeyed and did stupid things. All indications are that they did indeed try to build a replica. The Israelites did, in fact, build a replica of the Jerusalem Temple on the island of Elephantine. Who's to say that, in their exuberance, they didn't try to replicate the Ark as well? Unless you rule out such possibilities, your assertions are dubious. What you are saying is “Only Clifton Emahiser’s interpretations can possibly be true.”
"7 Which when Jeremy perceived, he blamed them, saying, As for that place, it shall be unknown until the time that God gather his people again together, and receive them unto mercy."
Now, either "that place" means the place here on earth where it still is - because even Jeremy himself could not find it! - or it means your interpretation that it was physically transported up to heaven. Time will tell if you are correct. I say your interpretation will be proven wrong.
In any case, none of your interpretations make Ron Wyatt a liar!!!
Clifton, you've got to do better than this!!!
As far as I'm concerned, you are letting the Jews manipulate you into joining the chorus of boos, coming from both the anti-Biblical academics and the Israeliars, against Ron Wyatt. In this chorus of boos, Clifton, you are actually siding with the Jews!!! I submit that the Jews, and your own lack of comprehension, have tricked you into vilifying Ron Wyatt. Remember, "As you judge, so shall you be judged." Just because Ron Wyatt was deluded about the Jews being Judah, that does not make him a liar concerning his actual digs. Have you visited these digs? Do have any personal knowledge of these things? No, you don't. So, I would suggest that you give Ron Wyatt the benefit of the doubt before you support the Jews in judging him so harshly.
Eli}
Conclusion: Christ was not crucified at Mt. Nebo!!!
Clifton
Copies to Bill and Patricia
{No one says that Christ was crucified on Mt. Nebo. It is only your speculative interpretation that forces that conclusion. Don't put words in my mouth. Even the verses you quote suggest that the Ark disappeared. Guess what? Somebody may have relocated it under Mt. Calvary!! Oh, ye of little faith! }
My Challenge to Clifton Emahiser to Prove His Speculations
I am going to challenge Clifton Emahiser to prove his case against Ron Wyatt. I will not accept mere opinions or rationalizations. If he is going to call someone a fraud, then he has to make the case as if he were in a courtroom. He will have to convince a jury. When you accuse someone of being a fraud, you had better be right. Yahweh is listening.
First, some preliminaries that are germaine to the case:
The Smear Campaign Against Ron Wyatt, from 1982 to the Present
I'm amazed at how many CI people can't grasp the idea that the Jews cannot possibly allow evidence of the virgin birth to be publicized!!! Even if Wyatt’s story WERE completely fabricated, the Jews would be doing the same thing they are doing now: smearing Ron Wyatt. CI people, who should know better, keep parroting the Jewish line that Wyatt is some sort of congenital liar. The guy was probably the most honest man in Tennessee! I keep getting emails from people saying that, if this discovery had REALLY happened, “why haven’t we heard about it?” Could it be because of the orchestrated campaign to both silence and ridicule Ron Wyatt? Clifton Emahiser says, “No, it’s because Ron Wyatt is a fraud.” Hopefully, with this rebuttal, this question will be fully answered.
I began serious Bible research for my book, The Great Impersonation, in 1980. I have three rooms full of books, booklets, magazines, manuscripts, Bible commentaries, encyclopedias, etc. I have studied Bible-related materials on an almost daily basis since 1980. I think that it is absolutely incredible that it took me 26 years before I ever heard a single word about Ron Wyatt, let alone the Holy Blood. SHHHHH! Don’t say a word! Ron Wyatt, the shameless self-promoter, might get some publicity for this story!! SSSHHHH!
When a man’s critics contradict each other, or do little more than repeat the same accusations, we need to find out why.
Assessing Ron Wyatt’s Mainstream Critics
I am going to let other authors assess Ron Wyatt’s critics; and then I am going to focus on one particular critic, so you can gauge the veracity of the anti-Wyatt crowd. You need to know how fraudulent these people are before you can trust the bogus information they have been putting out about him. The following article shows that the Wyatt camp does, indeed, provide direct answers to numerous questions.
Ron Wyatt FAQ
This FAQ was written because of the numerous questions that are asked in regard to Ron Wyatt. Much disinformation regarding this man has also been published on the internet, insomuch that this FAQ had to be published. The FAQ is very much in construction phase, so expect it get longer as the days go by. (9/13/06)
WHO IS RON WYATT?
Ron Wyatt was a nurse anesthetist from Tennessee who had a special interest in Bible archeology, insomuch that he invested his personal time and money to travel to the Middle East in order to investigate the most significant claims in the Bible. Amongst these are: Noah’s Ark, Sodom & Gomorrah, the Red Sea crossing site of the Exodus, Mt Sinai, the Ark of the Covenant, and much more. Wyatt is now deceased, yet, as the result of his publishing, we now know the location of the said aforementioned sites. The only artifact of which Wyatt hasn’t proven the existence of, thus far, is the Ark of the Covenant. Some of these claims have been disputed by critics who suggest or state directly, that Ron Wyatt was a fraud. It is part and parcel of this FAQ to contend with these critics and to offer serious scholarly arguments in support for Wyatt’s work.
CAN WE TRUST RON WYATT'S CRITICS?
It is prudent to ask this question in order to determine whether Ron Wyatt is being given a fair shake. For instance, one ought to know that Joe Zias, a critic of Ron Wyatt and former museum keeper for the Israeli Antiquities is a humanist and is supportive of humanist groups. The Biblical Archeology Review magazine exposed Zias on compromising ground in the James Ossuary case. Further, another critic, Lorence Collins, a geologist in California, who claims that he is a Christian yet wrote an article against Ron Wyatt's Noah's Ark site, is actually an evolutionist who argues rigourously against creationists. Secondly, this geologist never went to Turkey and never inspected the Ark site.
There is another group of people who are sincere Christians, namely John Morris, Dr. Andrew Snelling and Dr. John Baumgardner who claim that the Ark formation is not Noah's Ark. But documenation clearly shows that the initial views of Morris et al. have been modified over time. Morris claiming at first that no metal detector was used on the site. He followed up claiming that metal detectors were used but that the pattern was random. Several months ago I showed Morris and Snelling a video tape that clearly showed that the pattern of iron was not random. Morris has yet to revise his viewpoint since that time. He continues to research the site. Snelling said that his original critique was based on the evidence that he had at the time. All three men have made mistakes, but are well-intentioned. We hope that further sharing of information will allow these scientists to support the Ark site.
CAN WE TRUST WIKIPEDIA?
Absolutely not. It seems that every attempt to correct the errors in Wikipedia gets censored by some unknown editor who is intent on promoting his agenda. Even valid references are ignored and censored.
Here is how the Wikipedia article looks with the changes incorporated by this author then note what the editor of Wikipedia eliminates.(Also note that the Wikipedia editor has edited out this website as one of the supporting links for Wyatt):
Claimed discoveries
By the time of his death in 1999 his claimed discoveries included:
* The true Noah's Ark (the Durupinar site, near but not on Mount Ararat)
* Anchor stones (actually drogue stones) used by Noah on the Ark
* The post-flood house and tombs of Noah and his wife
* The location of Sodom and Gomorrah
* Sulfur balls from the burning of Sodom and Gomorrah
* The site of the Israelites' crossing of the Red Sea (which Wyatt located in the Gulf of Aqaba)
* Chariot wheels and other relics of the pursuing army of Pharaoh at the bottom of the sea
* The true site of the biblical Mt. Sinai (located by Wyatt in Saudi Arabia at Jabal al Lawz)
* A chamber at the end of a maze of tunnels under Jerusalem containing artifacts from Solomon's temple
* The Ark of the Covenant
* The original stones of the Ten Commandments
* The true site of the Crucifixion
* The blood of Jesus, dripped onto the Mercy seat of the Ark of the Covenant, directly beneath the Crucifixion
Wyatt won a devoted following among some fundamentalist Christians seeking tangible evidence of the literal truth of the Bible. His credibility was disputed, often bitterly, by genuine archaeologists and biblical scholars. Joe Zias museum curator of the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA) stated that "Ron Wyatt is neither an archaeologist nor has he ever carried out a legally licensed excavation in Israel or Jerusalem. However, critics note that Zias was not in the loop in terms of issuing permits. Additionally Scholar William Shea wrote in a letter stating to John Paige of Australia, [and this fact can be verified since Shea is still among the living], and in a letter that was signed by him and said the following:
"Yes, Ron Wyatt did have a permit from the department of antiquities to work there for several years. He also had permission from the Garden Tomb authority. I contacted Rudolph Cohen who at the time (1986) was supervisor for the Dept. of Antiquities to get Ron's permit extended. Cohen said that he had to set up a supervisory board of three qualified archaeologists."
And in a signed letter to Ron Wyatt Shea wrote on July 20, 1986:
Dear Ron,
"Have arrived back from Israel after conducting all of my business there in 3-4 days. I did get over to see Dan Bahat at the Rockefeller Museum but it was hard to catch him. They say there that he does not like to sit at a desk but prefers to be out in the field or doing something, but I finally did catch up with him after the third try. The results were not too encouraging for your project. Of the four points you wanted me to ask him about:"
Later in the letter he states:
"Bahat himself does not want you to do any more tunneling as he says this is not sound archaeological technique and if you found something it would not be demonstrated so in proper relations because of a lack of stratigraphic digging. So the way the site has to be approached according to his instructions is to dig a series of 5 meter squares up to the face of the cliff and inwards, that way you will have stratigraphic control over your findings."
Critics of Ron Wyatt: Zias continues to claim that in order to excavate one must have at least a BA in archaeology which he does not possess despite his claims to the contrary. ... [His claims] fall into the category of trash which one finds in tabloids such as the National Enquirer, Sun etc."Letter from Joe Zias But note also that Vendyl Jones, another amateur archeologist who has been well known for his work in Israel also has received claims from supposed IAA directors as never having a permit, yet just last year (2005) Jones had been working in Israel.
Wyatt's official organization, Wyatt Archaeological Research (WAR), claims that the IAA have always been well aware of the excavations and issued "verbal" permits (presumably meaning oral permission) for most of them. They also claim that the IAA has issued official permits to all WAR excavations since 2002. Nevertheless, the only evidence of WAR involvement in a legitimate excavation sanctioned by the IAA relates to WAR part-funding of a 2005 dig."Jerusalem, the Garden Tomb" by Yehiel Zelinger
The more mainstream branches of the evangelical movement are not any less skeptical, with one Seventh-day Adventist professor of archaeology summing up Wyatt's Noah's Ark and anchor stones claims in these words: "While the Durupinar site is about the right length for Noah's ark, [it is] ... too wide to be Noah's ark. Wyatt has claimed that the "boat-shapedness" of this formation can only be explained by its being Noah's ark, but both Shea and Morris have offered other plausible explanations. Likewise, Wyatt has argued that the standing stones he has found are anchors, while Terian is aware of similar stones outside the Durupinar site area that were pagan cultic stones later converted by Christians for Christian purposes.""Has Noah's Ark Been Found?" by David Merling Dismissed by the mainstream as a pseudoarchaeologist, Wyatt and his followers in turn dismissed their critics as motivated by personal spite and/or anti-Christian animosity.
The Garden Tomb Association of Jerusalem state in a letter they issue to visitors on request:
"The Council of the Garden Tomb Association (London) totally refute the claim of Mr Wyatt to have discovered the original Ark of the Covenant or any other biblical artefacts within the boundaries of the area known as the Garden Tomb Jerusalem. Though Mr Wyatt was allowed to dig within this privately owned garden on a number of occasions (the last occasion being the summer of 1991) staff members of the Association observed his progress and entered his excavated shaft. As far as we are aware nothing was ever discovered to support his claims nor have we seen any evidence of biblical artefacts or temple treasures.
"Following Wyatt's death a split developed between the official Wyatt Archaeological Research (WAR) organization which he founded, and the independent ministries and interested individuals which had previously cooperated with WAR. WAR currently claims to be the sole owner of all Wyatt's photographs, newsletters, and other intellectual property. Other individuals previously close to Wyatt have established rival websites (see "External links" below)."
DID RON WYATT USE SCIENTIFIC METHODS?
It is claimed by opponents of Ron Wyatt that the man did not use scientific methods. They point to an instrument that was brought to the site, called a molecular frequency generator, or simply, dowsing rods. These rods are connected to a battery and are used by professional dowsers. Ron Wyatt did not bring the device to the Ark, rather, a former marine merchant and treasure hunter who used the rods in his practice, David Fasold, brought the device. Ron Wyatt, on the other hand, brought a high-end metal detector and subsurface radar, and enlisted the aid of many professionals. He also submitted his collection samples of rock to professional labs. These facts are carefully side-stepped by critics who never mention any of these facts.
ARK OF THE COVENANT QUESTIONS
DID RON WYATT GIVE EVIDENCE TO PROVE THAT HE FOUND THE ARK OF THE COVENANT?
Ron Wyatt has presented no evidence to prove that he found the Ark of the Covenant. In many of his presentations, Wyatt has said repeatedly that he has provided no evidence, but that you may believe in his Ark of the Covenant claim because of his other numerous findings, or that you may just say that you do not know whether he found the Ark or not. Wyatt warns, however, not to call him a liar and wait for further evidence.
IS THERE CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE THAT SHOWS THAT RON WYATT FOUND THE ARK OF THE COVENANT?
There have been claims by one or two people, some who have been on a supposed dig on the Ark of the Covenant but saw nothing but a pit in the ground. For a time Ron Wyatt provided no evidence to support his Ark of the Covenant dig. But in the late nineties, prior to his death, Wyatt revealed new footage of his digs. He did this in Chico, Sacramento, and Redding, initially, and subsequently on each of his later presentations. Critics have never updated their criticisms in light of this new video footage and seem to have lost all interest in Ron Wyatt’s work altogether. Some of this new footage has been released in the form of a video tape and can be obtained at Wyatt Archeology Research (Wyattmuseum.com). The video reveals the interior of a large extensive cave system and an intense excavation apparatus at work. Rocks are seen being hauled up and dumped and numerous individuals are seen at work. There is also the use of a radar scanner, a drill and an air tube. The cave is far larger than what critics have stated. To summarize the evidence: 1. There is a large cave system and a intense excavation apparatus. 2. There are eyewitnesses of this system. (Bob Murrell (Florida) , John Rauch (Florida), Fenton Froom (Florida), Dale Ernsberger (Florida), Dr. Nathan Meyer (Virginia), Mark Yates (Australia), Jamie Blackmore (Australia), Frank Sheffied (Florida) 3. Wyatt maintained a relationship with the Israeli Antiquities director and scholar William Shea in this work.
WHAT DO YOU SAY OF SOME OF THE DENIALS MADE BY ISRAELI AUTHORITIES?
There is reason to believe that Israelies may wish to keep this excavation secret for various reasons, and the major reason being that discovery of the Ark may incite a holy war. So, for the time being, the excavation is kept under wraps. There is reason to believe that the Israelies would deny Wyatt’s claims, and that would be for the same reason that they deny even having worked with Vendyl Jones, a man who is well known for his work in Israel.
WHAT DO YOU SAY OF JOE ZIAS AND HIS CLAIMS AGAINST RON WYATT?
Joe Zias was never in the loop with the IAA. He was merely the museum keeper. And he is a humanist.
IS THERE ANY EVIDENCE THAT SUGGESTS THAT RON WYATT HAD A PERMIT TO DIG AT THE GARDEN TOMB?
The answer is yes. A letter retrieved from http://www.Idolphin.org/wyatt1.html of the account from a disappointed Bernard Brandstatter, a man which I had corresponded with in e-mail and claimed that Wyatt invited him to the dig. Brandstater states:
"The next two weeks were exciting, and I can tell here only the essentials. We first got written permission from the Israeli authorities to pursue an exploration at the Tomb. Two of our team (I was one of them) accompanied Wyatt into the office of Dan Bahat, the official in charge of archeological activities in Jerusalem. I listened to the coversations, and could judge at once that the two men had met previously, and had already discussed the proposed probe into caves in the Garden Tomb. The permit was clearly legitimate; I watched Bahat sign it."
"Our team proceeded to the Garden Tomb, whose custodians were expecting our arrival. Wyatt had negotiated cordially and successfully.

I think the above article gives a very good picture of the controversy over Wyatt’s work. It shows that Wyatt’s critics, such as Joe Zias, Lorence Collins, John Morris, John Baumgardner, and many others have either lied or made incorrect statements about Wyatt’s work. When these critics have been answered, they have either failed to acknowledge the corrections or they have continued in their misrepresentations of Wyatt’s work. When the pro-Wyatt faction tried to post corrections of these errors on Wikipedia, these corrections were removed by Wikipedia. In this manner, the smear campaign against Wyatt has been waged. The above article proves that many of the claims against him are bogus. It behooves a person to check out BOTH SIDES of an issue before judging a matter…or a person. (Proverbs 18:13.) Has Clifton Emahiser checked these people out before joining them in their cacophony of boos? His two articles, reproduced below, make no issue of the credibility of Wyatt’s critics. He simply takes their word as not worth questioning.
One of Wyatt’s critics, in particular, deserves special attention.
Dr. Andrew Snelling Plays With Two Whores
As many of you are aware from my writings on the subject of creationism versus evolutionism (in the Enmity Series), I have often stated that both “sides” are financed by joos to keep the sheeple stupid and in constant conflict. Well, in searching out some of Wyatt’s critics, I came across an individual who works for BOTH SIDES. You'll be amazed at what I discovered about him: right in line with the Jews promoting BOTH creationism and evolutionism to keep us totally confused: http://www.noanswersingenesis.org.au/realsnelling.htm
From the linked article, here is Dr. Snelling writing for a Creationist rag, which openly states that the earth was created in six literal days and, consequently, can only be six thousand years old:
"However the flood was global, erosional and its purpose was destruction. Therefore the first major fossilisation commenced at this time, and the majority of the fossils are regarded as having been formed rapidly during this event. Creationists therefore regard sedimentary strata as needing to be classified into those formed during the time of creation week, pre-flood, flood (early, middle and late), post-flood and recent"
The same Dr. Snelling, writing for a geology magazine, said this:
"The oldest rocks in the Koongarra area, domes of granitoids and granitic gneiss, are of Archaean age (ie to geologists this means they are older than 2500 million years). The Archaean rocks are mantled by Lower Proterozoic (younger than 2500 million years) metasediments: all were later buried deeply, heavily folded and, between 1870 and 1800 million years ago, were subjected to regional metamorphism at considerable temperatures and pressures."
So, in one article, Snelling argues the Creationist line, and in the other article, Snelling argues the secular geology line. I guess Dr. Snelling never figured that his two-timing would be discovered, since so few people ever read both types of literature! Just as most people rarely look at both sides of an issue, rarely do they read documents from opposing points of view. Liberals don’t read conservative magazines. Conservatives don’t read liberal magazines. Consequently, they speak a different language and never really understand each other! People tend to make their minds up before they really know the subject.
Well, Dr. Snelling’s wife caught him shacking up with a whore in Las Vegas, so to speak! Yours truly checked him out! It pays to check out Ron Wyatt’s critics! Will the REAL Dr. Snelling please stand up?
Is there a lesson here for Bible scholar, Clifton Emahiser? Yes, there is. Before you accept the propaganda put out by a person’s critics, you must fairly assess his critics as well. Clifton Emahiser has failed to do this. Perhaps some of Wyatt’s critics are sincere, but I have not found one who is thorough and honest. His debunkers have not invalidated ANY of his archeological claims. All they do is offer skepticism. This fact speaks volumes about the anti-Wyatt camp. Armchair critics are a dime a dozen.
Jews Deny the Virgin Birth
In this section, I am going to provide some links with minimal comment, just to provide the rationale for why the Jews cannot afford to have Ron Wyatt’s Holy Blood discovery made public.
This Jew claims that Isaiah’s prophecy does not say “virgin.”
http://www.outreachjudaism.org/virgin.html
Jews have denied the Virgin Birth from the very beginning:
Jewish tradition in the first two centuries a.d. tried to provide an alternative explanation. Jesus was not virgin born but was the illegitimate child of Mary and a soldier named Panthera or Pandira, with the man's name accounting for the use of the Greek parthenos. The virgin birth, so the Jews argued, was a myth created to cover up the stigma of illegitimacy resulting from Mary's adultery with Panthera [the argument is that the n and the r were reversed]. Clearly, this arose from Jewish propaganda aimed at the Christian belief in the virginal conception of Jesus
http://www.enjoyinggodministries.com/article/virgin-birth/
Modern Judaism still denies it: http://www.aish.com/jw/s/48892792.html
It must be understood that Judaism has always rejected the story of the Virgin Birth. Hence, Ron Wyatt’s “fraudulent claims” about the Blood on the Mercy Seat must be hushed up, lest this blockbuster of story, true or not, take hold of the Christian imagination. You DO see the potential bombshell nature of this story, don’t you? This is the real reason for the COVER-UP of Ron Wyatt’s discovery. The Jews have invented the false story that Ron Wyatt is a “fraud, self-promoter, huckster, phony archeologist,” etc., etc., etc., so that you, even if you manage to hear about it, will reject it like a knee-jerk liberal. Even if this story isn’t true, the uproar it would cause would be humiliating to Jewry, so even if you don’t believe it, you could help me undermine Jewry by promoting it. Let people make up their own minds.
Judaism Denies the Messiahship of Jesus Christ
Ask the rabbi:
http://judaism.about.com/library/3_askrabbi_o/bl_simmons_messiah3.htm
Orthodox rabbis consider Yair Davidy to be a heretic, because he promotes British Israelism:
http://www.hebroots.org/hebrootsarchive/0008/000824_i.html
Jews also deny the historicity of Jesus Christ. Given the overwhelmingly anti-Christ attitude of the vast a majority of Jews, is it not prudent to question their motives concerning Ron Wyatt?
My Rebuttal of Clifton Emahiser’s Claims Against Ron Wyatt
Before addressing Clifton Emahiser’s two-part paper on Ron Wyatt, I want you to understand these things:
1.) The Jews are the source of the anti-Wyatt smear campaign.
2.) The majority of Wyatt’s critics have turned out to be frauds.
3.) The rest of his critics merely repeat the lies of the frauds.
4.) The academics who smear Wyatt are usually evolutionists, atheists or humanists, who hate the Bible and will do anything to ridicule it. (The Jews have to be careful about doing this openly, for fear of antagonizing the Christian sheeple. Also, their claim to being “the people of Book” will be questioned, if they openly show their true contempt for the Bible.)
5.) Judaism cannot afford to have physical evidence of the Virgin Birth, let alone blood that has only 24 chromosomes. 2000 years of rabbinical denials are at stake.
6.) If the Virgin Birth is scientifically verified, all other Jewish denials of Yahshua as Redeemer of Israel will be in jeopardy. These include:
a.) The denial of Jesus as the Messiah of the House of Judah
b.) The denial of Jesus as of the lineage of David
c.) The denial of Jesus as the Son of God
d.) The denial of Jesus as Lord and Ruler of the Universe
e.) The denial of Jesus as Lord of the Sabbath
f.) The denial of Jesus as the Lion of Judah, Conqueror of the legions of the Anti-Christ
Do you see why the subject of the Holy Blood must kept quiet? Failing that, it must be ridiculed. These various points are central to Christianity, while the Jews deny them all! But the Jewish charade as Israel has intimidated the ministers of “Judeo-Christianity,” and they continually excuse these Jewish denials by purveying the false idea that the “Jews will convert just before the Second Coming,” or “The Jews have their own path to salvation.” Thank you, John Hagee. The devil never had a better advocate!
So, if you think that Ron Wyatt’s critics are credible, all I can say is “Dream on, deluded Israelites”!!! Understanding ZOG’s intense motivation behind the hidden agenda to smear Ron Wyatt, you should not blindly accept the claims of his critics. Do you not understand the political and religious motivation behind the smear campaign? Ron Wyatt has been made out to be the Joe McCarthy of archeology. His critics are legion. His defenders are few and far between. By the way, Joe McCarthy was right, and all of his critics were and are Jews and Jew-stooges. Research both sides. It’s called fairness.
With this as background, I will now proceed to analyze Clifton Emahiser’s two-part final draft, which claims that Ron Wyatt is a fraud. My comments will be in red and in brackets. {}
RON WYATT, HONEST?, OR DECEITFUL FRAUD? #1
Many negative comments have been leveled against the so-called archaeologist Ron Wyatt, and he is very deserving of most, if not, all of them! What I am about to contribute, will not add anything positive to his image. I will state right up front that he should have studied his Bible before he claimed he had found Christ’s blood upon the "Mercy Seat"! Today the Internet is replete with websites discussing all of his exploits both pro and con. {Here, I will begin a rating system for each of Emahiser’s claims. +1 means that Clifton has made a successful argument against Ron Wyatt. D means a draw or an irrelevant, inconclusive argument. -1 means that Clifton has failed to make his point. I will demonstrate that Clifton’s quotations are at best irrelevant and that some of them actually verify Ron Wyatt’s claims!}
According to Wyatt’s dreamed-up story, he made the astonishing claim that he’d found the socket-hole into which the cross of Christ was anchored. Ron’s story further alleged that beneath that hole, he found a crack which led him to a cave, whereupon he made the unsubstantiated assertion that he had found the Ark of the Covenant. But to make his figment even more fantastic, he fallaciously claimed he had found Christ’s blood on the Mercy Seat. {This is merely Clifton’s opinion. Denials are not proof of fraud. I will regard this as Clifton’s opening statement, so I will leave it unrated, even though it deserves a -1.}
I would beg the reader’s patience until I have established some sound Biblical facts, at which time I will reveal Wyatt’s deceptions. So everyone will know precisely the significance of the Mercy Seat, I will quote from the Tyndale Bible Dictionary by Elwell & Comfort, pages 883-884: {Clifton is about to give his interpretation of Scriptures that reference the Ark of the Covenant. We will see if any of Clifton’s references have any relevance to the issue of Ron Wyatt’s credibility. Note carefully, for later reference, the fact that all of the authors that Emahiser cites stress the importance of the Mercy Seat with regard to the Day of Atonement. These authors actually contradict Emahiser’s own thesis that the Passover sacrifice is sufficient for Israel and that the literal fulfillment of the Day of Atonement ritual (the sprinkling of the Blood on the Mercy Seat) is not necessary.}
"MERCY SEAT Gold slab placed on top of the ark of the covenant with cherubim attached to it on either end, termed the ‘mercy seat’ in many English versions of the Bible (cf. Ex. 25:17-22). The Hebrew word for which ‘mercy seat’ is the translation is technically best rendered as ‘propitiatory,’ a term denoting the removal of wrath by the offering of a gift. The significance of this designation is found in the ceremony performed on the Day of Atonement, held once a year, when blood was sprinkled on the mercy seat to make atonement for the sins of the people of Israel (Lev. 16). Because of the importance of this covering on the ark and the ceremony associated with it, the Holy of Holies in which the ark was housed in the temple is termed the ‘room for the mercy seat’ in 1 Chronicles 28:11 (RSV). The term ‘mercy seat’ came into English use from Luther’s German rendering of the Hebrew term, which is difficult to translate appropriately from the Hebrew (cf. NIV ‘atonement cover’ and NLT ‘Ark’s cover’).
"The mercy seat measured two and a half cubits (45 inches, or 114.3 centimeters) by one and a half cubits (27 inches, 68.6 centimeters). The cherubim on each end were also made of gold and faced each other with their wings spread upward over the ark. It was in this space above the ark that the Lord’s presence with his people was localized in a special sense, and from which the Lord made his commandments known to Moses (Ex. 25:22; cf. also Lev. 16:2). Because of the close association of the Lord’s presence with the space above the ark, he is said to be enthroned between the cherubim (1 Sam. 4:4; 2 Sam. 6:2). The ark itself contained the tables of stone inscribed with the Ten Commandments that summarized the covenantal obligations of the Israelites to their divine King. When the children of Israel fell short of their covenant obligations by sinning against God and breaking his commands, the blood of the sacrifice sprinkled on the mercy seat made atonement for their sin and reconciled them with God.
"The propitiatory or mercy seat points forward to Jesus, who is termed by Paul (Rom. 3:25) the ‘means of propitiation’ through faith in his blood for all who have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Here in Romans 3:25 the Greek term translated ‘propitiation’ is the same Greek word consistently used in the Septuagint and in Hebrews 9:5 to translate the Hebrew word for mercy seat in the OT."
{As I will argue later, since the atoning ritual of the Mercy Seat “points forward to Jesus,” the Holy Blood must be sprinkled on the Mercy Seat, otherwise, the Last Sacrifice is incomplete and unfulfilled. For nearly a thousand years, this ritual was carried out to the letter by the Levitical priesthood. This line of argument is actually in Ron Wyatt’s favor, as virtually all of the sources quoted here by Emahiser assert this. Score for Clifton Emahiser: -1.}
This quote from the Tyndale Bible Dictionary will help us to better evaluate Wyatt’s spurious claims. {Not one item of this material quoted by Emahiser refutes Ron Wyatt’s claims. On the contrary, the quoted statements prove that, in order for Yahshua’s sacrifice to have been fulfilled under the Old Covenant, His Blood MUST HAVE BEEN SPRINKLED ON THE MERCY SEAT, or else the sacrifice would not have been legitimate under the Old Covenant. This is precisely the argument I made in my own study of the subject, in which I quote some of the same sources. (Links at the end of this essay.) The quotations cited by Clifton merely discuss the requirements of the Mercy Seat Sacrifice. They in no way refute Ron Wyatt’s claims. If Emahiser can show that this sprinkling of the Blood was not necessary under the Old Covenant, I would be willing to acknowledge any Bible verses to that effect. At best, these arguments are irrelevant. Score: D. For a very scholarly article concerning the Hebrew terms of the propitiation, please read this article by Douglas Judisch. Although it is from a universalistic perspective, it does not alter our Identity understanding, when we realize that terms, such as “all mankind” refer exclusively to True Israel. A detailed discussion of the differences between the Passover ritual and the Atonement rituals will be offered in the conclusion of this Rebuttal: http://www.ctsfw.net/media/pdfs/judischdmlpropitiationinotprophecy.pdf } In addition to the subject of the "Mercy Seat" we must also be familiar with the Day of Atonement, as the two are without exception inseparable! {Neither Ron Wyatt nor I have suggested that the Passover and Atonement can be blended together, but Clifton asserts that the Atonement ritual was fulfilled in some other way!} Again from the Tyndale Bible Dictionary, pages 130-131:
"ATONEMENT, Day of Yom Kippur, the most important day in the religious calendar of Israel, falling on the 10th day of Tishri (the Hebrew month corresponding to mid-September through mid-October). On that day the high priest entered the Holy of Holies of the tabernacle (or temple) to atone for the sins of all Israel. The basic idea of atonement is a ‘covering’ of sin; the purpose is to accomplish reconciliation between man and God. In the NT the Day of Atonement was referred to as the ‘fast’ (Acts 27:9). To the rabbis, it was the ‘Day’ or the ‘Great Day.’
"Although many additional rites were added over the centuries, the basic description of the original Day of Atonement is Leviticus 16. Complex and detailed ceremonies all focused on the central objective of complete atonement by sacrifice. First, the high priest removed his official garments, made for beauty and glory, and clothed himself in white linen as a symbol of repentance as he went about the duties of the day. Next, he offered a bull calf as a sin offering for the priests and himself. That done, he entered the Holy of Holies with a censer of live coals from the altar of incense, filling the area with incense. He sprinkled the bullock’s blood on the mercy seat and on the floor before the ark of the covenant. Then he cast lots over two live goats brought by the people. He killed one of the goats as a sin offering for the nation, taking the blood inside the veil and sprinkling it as before, thus atoning even for the Holy Place. He confessed the sins of the nation over the live goat as he placed his hands on its head. Finally he sent the live goat, called the scapegoat (i.e., the escape goat), into the wilderness. Symbolically it carried away the sins of the people. Then the high priest clothed himself in his usual apparel and offered a burnt offering for himself and one for the people with the fat of the sin offering. Outside the camp the flesh of the bull calf and goat was burned.
"Other OT references to the Day of Atonement include Exodus 30:10; Leviticus 23:26-32, giving the date in a list of all the annual feasts; Leviticus 25:9-16, stating that each jubilee year began on the Day of Atonement; and Numbers 29:7-11.
"The Day of Atonement became so central to Judaism [sic the Judahites] that it survived the destruction of the temple in AD 70 and the end of the sacrificial system. It is the highest holy day of Judaism [sic Canaanite-jewishism] today. Although nowhere in the books of Moses is there an explanation of ‘afflicting the soul’ required on the Day of Atonement (Lev. 23:27-32, KJV), the Jews [sic Canaanite-jews] have continuously interpreted it as referring to fasting (cf. Ps 35:13; Is 58:3-5, 10). In biblical times, celebration of the Day of Atonement showed that Israel believed the cleansing of their sins was accomplished by the rites commanded by God. The forgiveness and grace of God were granted them and were the basis for their continued fellowship with God as his covenant people. Because it was designated as a sabbath of solemn rest (Lev. 16:31; 23:32), all work was forbidden on that day as on the weekly observance of the Sabbath.
"As with all the prescribed sacrifices throughout the year, the question arises as to the need for a special time for atonement. It is clear that the ritual was meant to avert God’s wrath for sins already committed as well as to guarantee the continued presence of God. The sacrifice of the first goat and the sending away of the scapegoat were intended to cleanse the nation, the priesthood, and the sanctuary from sin. The intent of the whole sacrificial system reached its highest expression on that day, called by some the ‘Good Friday of the OT.’ The daily, weekly, and monthly sacrifices left something undone, so that the high priest could not enter the holiest place throughout the year. On that one day, however, he was permitted to enter with sacrificial blood as he solemnly represented the nation before the bloodstained mercy seat. {Clifton is citing many arguments detailing the ritual necessity of the sprinkling of the sacrificial blood on the place of propitiation. Yet, he denies that Yahshua’s Blood was sprinkled on the Mercy Seat. He is simply quoting commentators and Scriptures, whose ultimate, literal fulfillment He denies. I think that it is incredible that he does not realize that he is denying the efficacy of these scriptures, all of which stress the literal sprinkling of the sacrificial blood on the Mercy Seat!!}
"THE DAY OF ATONEMENT AND THE NEW TESTAMENT In the NT the crucifixion account, many references in Paul’s epistles, and the whole book of Hebrews are inseparably connected to the Day of Atonement. The ritual of the day is explained as a ‘type’ of the atonement made by Jesus Christ (Heb. 9-10). Christ, the High Priest, shed his blood on Calvary and then, having atoned for the world’s sins, appeared in heaven before the Father (Heb. 9:11-12). ... {Indeed, the Levitical Atonement ritual was the type. What purpose does the type serve, if it is not fulfilled to the letter, especially under the Old Covenant? Under the Old Covenant, the letter of the law reigned supreme. No sprinkling, no atonement!}
"The underlying reason for the day was that other offerings for sin could not provide for unknown (‘secret’) sins. Because of such sins the sanctuary, the land, and the nation remained ritually unclean. The Day of Atonement was instituted by God for the complete atonement of all sin (Lev. 16:33). In the person of the high priest the nation was most fully represented by the access of their mediator into the very presence of God."
{Exactly, and if Yahshua’s Own Blood was not sprinkled on the Mercy Seat, the sacrifice did not happen. The High Priest entered the veil by himself, in secret. No one actually saw the sprinkling of the blood, besides him! In my articles on the subject (linked below), I stated that Yahweh was the High Priest and that Yahshua was the Sacrificial Lamb. Like the Old Covenant ritual, the sprinkling of the Holy Blood occurred without any human witnesses, except for the High Priest. Yahweh, the High Priest, was the only Witness.}
Now let’s examine Ron Wyatt’s story again! Fist of all, Ron claims to have found the hole into which the cross of Christ was planted. Just how did he verify that the hole he found was the correct hole? After all, no one knows for sure exactly where the crucifixion took place other than the "place of a skull", Mat. 27:33. Are we to believe this "hole" discovered by Ron wouldn’t have filled up with dirt over the past 2000 years and would today be planted with grass? {This video details the location of the posthole, which was covered by a plug. The plug prevented the hole from being filled up with dirt, despite being buried under mounds of debris. This is a silly objection, because Clifton hasn’t bothered to find out what Wyatt actually said about the dig. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nDBGuU4k6aM&feature=related According to Wyatt, the hole and the crack led right down into the chamber where the ark is. Of course, these claims are incredible, but Clifton’s disbelief is not proof of fraud. The people who helped Wyatt in these excavations are witnesses to these events. The place that Wyatt located actually had skulls and other bones. If anything, the evidence favors Wyatt, but I will score this a D, since there is still sincere debate about this.} As for the location where Christ was crucified, the only clue the Bible gives us is Hebrews 13:12, where we are told, He "... suffered without the gate ..." But which gate, and what was its location? We are told at Micah 3:12 that:
"Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest." {The posthole was discovered under a heap of rubble, OUTSIDE of the old city walls. (Heb. 13:12.) No problem for Wyatt here. Again, the mere fact that Clifton doubts that this is the location does not make Wyatt a fraud. Wyatt has presented his evidence. Clifton doubts it. This is NOT evidence of fraud. The very fact that the crucifixion site was located outside of the city gate makes Jerusalem’s heaps irrelevant. Consequently, the argument that it IS relevant is false. Score: -1. Running total: -2, plus 2 D’s.}
So utterly destroyed was the Temple, Titus, the Roman emperor, taking Jerusalem, about forty years after this, commanded his soldiers to spare the Temple when they entered the city, but they in their rage burnt of it what was of a combustible nature; and Turnus Rufus, left general of his army when away, drew a plough over it, as Yahweh had said, Jeremiah 26:18; Micah 3:12, "Zion shall be ploughed like a field." And when after this Alippius, by the command of Julian the apostate, attempted the rebuilding of it, with the help of the "Jews", it is reported by diverse sources, that balls or globes of fire rose up from the foundations, destroyed many of the workmen, and made the place inaccessible for any further such attempts. Titus tried unsuccessfully to save the Temple, but his soldiers put it to the torch, thus fulfilling Yahshua’s prophecy. When the fire melted the gold trim, the molten metal ran down between the stones. To get it, the soldiers had removed the stones one by one, just as our Messiah predicted. The judgment was executed in A.D. 70 when the Romans under Titus sacked Jerusalem. Under such conditions, how could Ron Wyatt find anything that existed during the time of Christ? {The same question could be asked of any archeological dig in or around Jerusalem. Artifacts are discovered on a regular basis. Hebrews 13:12 says “He suffered without the gate,” so the destruction of the Temple had nothing to do with Golgotha. Clifton is making an argument about the Temple’s destruction, which has zero applicability to an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT LOCATION! Was Jesus crucified inside the Temple? Hence, the destruction of the Temple has nothing to do with Golgotha. Clifton wishes to imply that the rubble has to be so deeply buried that no evidence of the Crucifixion site could ever be found. Can this suggestion be taken seriously? The amount of debris created by the destruction of the Temple is irrelevant to the Crucifixion site. The apple is inside the city. The orange is outside of the city. This argument is totally bogus. You can’t talk about two completely different locations as if they were the same place. Score: -1. Totals: -3, plus 2 D’s.} And we’re supposed to believe Ron was able to find the exact hole into which Christ’s cross was placed? If indeed Ron found a hole where a cross had been planted, how does he know it wasn’t one of the holes where the crosses of the two "malefactors" were placed when they were crucified with Christ. In such a case, Ron would have to have found three holes in order to determine which was the middle one! {Jonathan Gray stated on my radio show that a total of four postholes were discovered. The Scriptures do not say exactly how many crosses were erected on the Day of Crucifixion. Everybody assumes there were only three. Assumptions do not count as evidence. Score: D. Totals: -3, plus 3 D’s}
I really should address the matter of the crack at the bottom of the hole that Wyatt supposedly found, and all of the difficulties of the blood of Christ dripping town through it onto the Mercy Seat, but I will skip that part of the story for the time being, and bring to the fore some evidence of even greater consequence. {I have also stated that this is a problem for the Holy Blood thesis, but it is not an insurmountable problem, as we will see. Nevertheless, I will give Clifton a plus 1 here, as this is a valid point. Totals: -2, plus three D’s.}
Why is the subject of the Ark of the Covenant mentioned so many times in the Old Testament, and then suddenly there is no more citing of it from Jer. 3:16 until Rev. 11:19? {Because it disappeared. After a while, people stop talking about lost objects, especially after 500 years!} Maybe the following data will help clear up the matter:
Jer. 3:16: "And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith Yahweh, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of Yahweh: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more." {The fact that something no more comes to mind is not the same as saying that it no longer exists. This is jumping to a wild conclusion. Score: -1. Totals: -3, 3D.}
Rev. 11:19: "And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail." {Yes. There WAS an earthquake! Clifton and Ron Wyatt are in agreement on this point. As stated in my first response to Clifton’s email, the fact that the Ark was “seen in heaven” proves nothing about its current location, especially since almost all the language of the Apocalypse is figurative! Furthermore, Yahweh can see anything from His Throne. Even if the verse can be taken literally, it does not say that the Ark STAYED in heaven. Such speculations are not proof of fraud. Clifton’s opinion on this matter does not make Wyatt a liar. Score: -1. Totals: -4, 3D.}
A Commentary, Critical and Explanatory, on the Old and New Testaments by Jamieson, Fausset & Brown, vol. 4, page 11, states in part on Jer. 3:16: "The ark, containing the two tables of the law, disappeared at the Babylonian captivity, and was not restored to the second temple ..." {That’s because it was RELOCATED. I wonder where that might be?!}
Encyclopedia of 7700 Illustrations from the Libronix Digital Library states in part on Jer. 3:16: "Even though the vessels of the first temple were taken to Babylon (cf. Jer. 28:3), perhaps the ark of the covenant is hidden out on Mount Nebo where the book of 2 Maccabees (2:1-7) says that the prophet Jeremiah hid it." 2 Maccabees 2:4-7 reads:
"4 It was also contained in the same writing, that the prophet, being warned of God, commanded the tabernacle and the ark to go with him, as he went forth into the mountain, where Moses climbed up, and saw the heritage of God.
"5 And when Jeremy came thither, he found an hollow cave, wherein lie laid the tabernacle, and the ark, and the altar of incense, and so stopped the door.
"6 And some of those that followed him came to mark the way, but they could not find it.
{Which leaves several possibilities: 1.) The Ark was never there in the first place, although Jeremiah evidently believed that it was put into this cave on Mt. Nebo, as per his command. 2.) It was relocated without Jeremiah’s knowledge. 3.) They simply lost track of it. These verses feed Clifton’s skepticism, but they in no way prove that the Ark wasn’t relocated under Golgotha. All that these verses prove is that the Ark was lost. Nothing more. Nothing less. These verses certainly don’t provide any evidence that Ron Wyatt is a liar. Score: -1. Totals: -5, 3D.}
"7 Which when Jeremy perceived, he blamed them, saying, As for that place, it shall be unknown until the time that God gather his people again together, and receive them unto mercy." {Very interesting! Might that time be NOW? The Israelites were NOT gathered together at the FIRST ADVENT, were they? They were dispersed!!! If anything, this verse is in Ron Wyatt’s favor, because the discovery was not made until 1982!!! Here, Jeremiah is accusing his fellows of having done something with the Ark. This is a clear prophecy that the Ark will be discovered around the End Times, yet Clifton says this not possible, because it is supposedly “up in heaven”! Wyatt wins this argument hands down! Score: -1. Totals: -6, 3D.}
Incidentally, the 2nd book of Maccabees is in the original 1611 edition of King James Version of the Bible! {But your interpretation of it IS NOT CONTAINED IN THE 1611 VERSION, Clifton! So far, none of your citations has been materially relevant. Like a good prosecutor, you are painting the defendant in as bad a light as possible; but none of these other possibilities have any bearing on Ron Wyatt’s honesty. This is exactly the type of argument that the Paul-bashers use against Paul. “This is not possible. Such and such could not have happened.” Etc., etc. How many times have you been absolutely convinced about something only to find out later that you were wrong? The original KJV says that the Ark will be known at the REGATHERING. So, we will soon find out where it is. My bet is with Ron Wyatt. Score: D. Totals; -6, 4D.}
The IVP Bible Background Commentary, by C.S. Keener on Rev. 2:17 states: "The original ark of the covenant was permanently lost in 586 B.C. (cf. Jer 3:16), and the manna inside it had vanished before then. But a wide spectrum of Jewish [sic Judahite] tradition declared that Jeremiah (e.g., 2 Maccabees, 4 Baruch) or an angel (2 Baruch) had hidden them and that they would be restored at the end time ...". {A good place to look is Wyatt’s cave, but the Israelis won’t let us in there! Clifton says that this is Ron Wyatt’s fault!}
The Bible Knowledge Commentary on Jer. 3:16, by Walvoord & Zuck, on page 1134 states in part: "The ark of the covenant, which was lost after Babylon destroyed Judah in 586 B.C., would not be missed, and another ark would not be made. ...". Conclusion: Christ was not crucified at Mount Nebo! But there is more. {Ron Wyatt never said that he found it at Mt. Nebo! He said he found it under Golgotha! Clifton is merely assuming that the Ark cannot possibly have been returned to Jerusalem and hidden there – even though Jeremiah could not find it at Mt. Nebo – and he is using this false assumption to accuse Wyatt! This is a totally spurious argument by Clifton Emahiser. He is putting words in Wyatt’s mouth, based upon his own speculative ideas about where the Ark is! This is totally dishonest! #1.) He is ignoring Jeremiah’s own complaint the Ark wasn’t found where he had commanded it to be. #2.) Ron Wyatt, in logical conformity with this fact, never stated that the Ark was under Mt. Nebo! Even Walvoord and Zuck state that it was “permanently lost.” I’m tempted to give two demerits on this spurious argument, but I’ll be kind and only give one. Score: -1. Totals: -7, 4D. By the way, this is the same type of spurious argument that Ted Weiland uses against us two-seedliners, when he says that we teach that Adam had homosexual sex with the Nachash creature. No two-seedliner has ever made any such statement. It is Weiland’s false conclusion based on his own assumption that there was nobody else on the planet, except Adam, Eve, and the Serpent. All two-seedliners assert that the earth was populated by many other people at this time, although Clifton Emahiser may be an exception to this, as we will later see.}
Then in The Zondervan Pictorial Encyclopedia of the Bible, vol. 1, under the topic "Ark Of The Covenant" under the subtitle "Later references", it mentioned the "second Temple had no Ark", and gave a reference to Josephus’ Wars 5.5, Of the eight paragraphs under the heading, "A Description Of The Temple", not a single mention of the Ark Of The Covenant was named. The closest it came to giving an allusion to the Ark Of The Covenant can be found paragraph 4 where it states:
"As to the holy house itself, which was placed in the midst [of the inmost court], that most sacred part of the temple, it was ascended to by twelve steps; and in front its height and its breadth were equal, and each a hundred cubits, though it was behind forty cubits narrower; for on its front it had what may be styled shoulders on each side, that passed twenty cubits farther. Its first gate was seventy cubits high, and twenty-five cubits broad; but this gate had no doors; for it represented the universal visibility of heaven, and that it cannot be excluded from any place. Its front was covered with gold all over ...". Surely, had the Ark of the Covenant been part of the Temple complex, Josephus would have informed us of its presence there! {Since it was both hidden and forgotten, Josephus would have nothing to say about it. The fact that no one knew where the Ark was is not evidence against Ron Wyatt. Is my father dead because I haven’t spoken to you about him lately? The mere fact that someone doesn’t mention an object is not proof of anything, for or against! Score: D. Totals: -7, 5D.}
If one is familiar with Ron Wyatt’s bogus claims in archaeology {I have shown that it is Wyatt’s critics who make unsupported accusations against Wyatt. Clifton is uncritically accepting the verdict of the smear-mongers. Totals: -8, 6D.} In order for one to avoid his evil hypnotic spell, one must realize he is the typical con-artist extraordinary! {This is a foregone conclusion without any attempt to look at the actual record of Wyatt’s work! More unfounded assertions!} With valid data {I haven’t seen any “valid data” offered yet by Clifton! Mr. Emahiser obviously interprets his own opinions as “facts.” Score: -1. Totals: -9, 6D.} placed before one’s eyes, one can hastily recognize his highly doubtful story of finding the hole in which the cross of Christ was set upright, especially when he identified Jerusalem rather than Mount Nebo as the place where the Ark of the Covenant was hidden by Jeremiah! {There are eyewitnesses who have seen these holes. They are difficult to see from one’s armchair in Ohio!}
We in Israel Identity are very familiar with Jacob’s pillow stone which Jeremiah took to Ireland with Tea Tephi, which might bring up the question of why he didn’t also take the Ark of the Covenant there also? I would suggest the stone was needed in Ireland to continue the coronation of king-line of David in Ireland, Scotland and England, whereas the Ark of the Covenant wouldn’t be needed until the Second Advent of Christ! {This is exactly the argument I make; and this comment actually contradicts Clifton’s later claim that Christ’s Passover was sufficient for Israel’s atonement! Can you read the signs of the times, Clifton? The Second Advent is fast approaching, and Ron Wyatt has discovered the Ark of the Covenant. Thank you, Ron Wyatt!}
Ron Wyatt may have found a hole of some sort and a crack at the bottom of the hole of some kind, and he may have even found a cave of some description, but according to 2 Maccabees 2:1-7, he didn’t find the Ark of the Covenant, nor any of Christ’s blood on the Mercy Seat, (the lid of the Ark of the Covenant)! {It’s your word against Ron Wyatt’s. The verses quoted by Clifton clearly show that even Jeremiah did not know what happened to the Ark. Clifton keeps insisting, based only on his personal speculations, and contrary to the authors that he himself cites, that it MUST be either under Mt. Nebo or in heaven. All of the evidence favors the conclusion that the Ark was RELOCATED without Jeremiah’s knowledge or approval. But Clifton never even considers this possibility, because it obviously favors Ron Wyatt! We have covered this ground already, so there is no point in awarding another demerit.} And since he didn’t find any of Christ’s blood, he couldn’t have had it tested as he claimed! {This is nothing but a flat-out accusation that Ron Wyatt is a liar. It is made without any proof whatsoever. There are witnesses who acknowledge that these tests were carried out. They were there. Clifton was in Ohio. Score: -1. Total: -10, 6D.} The following is Ron Wyatt’s story from the Internet at: http://www.arkdiscovery.com/aoc-2.htm
"Mr. Wyatt removed a sample of Christ’s blood from the Mercy Seat of the Ark in the cave and paid a lab in Israel to do an analysis of the blood. They put the dark dried-out substance in saline solution for 72 hours. Mr. Wyatt asked them to do a chromosome test, but they informed him that he was wasting his money since you can’t do a chromosome test on dead white blood cells. They proceeded with the analysis and said, ‘It’s your money.’ As they began viewing the cells under the electron microscope, they saw cells dividing before their eyes! They could tell it was human blood, but ‘This blood is alive!’ They couldn’t believe what they were seeing! They continued with their tests and found the blood to be unique from any other human blood! Each cell contained only 24 chromosomes compared to the normal count of 46 that you and I have. Christ received 23 chromosomes from Mary, and one ‘y’ chromosome from His heavenly Father to designate a male child. Others in the lab were asked to come see for themselves. With tears in their eyes they asked whose blood this was, and Mr. Wyatt replied, ‘It is the blood of your Messiah.’ Then they asked who the Messiah was. They began wailing and shouting. No other male human being has ever had this same chromosome count! Christ’s blood is alive and unique to prove His divinity to the world before He returns to this earth. When these tests are repeated for all the world to see, everyone will learn that Jesus was more than a preacher, He was and is the Son of God!"
One can detect instantly that this was an invented story on the part of Wyatt, for no Canaanite-Edomite-jew (who are the seed of the serpent) would have showed any remorse over Christ’s death! {Indeed, the Israeli lab technicians DID NOT show any remorse! Obviously, Wyatt mistook their confusion for “tears of joy,” as these lab technicians never expressed any remorse. Nor does Wyatt say that they did. Wyatt clearly says that these “tears” were in their eyes BEFORE he told them whose blood it was. How does this become “remorse,” as Clifton calls it? The Israelis reacted with fear and trepidation, just like Herod, when he heard that the King of Israel had been born! From the above passage, their exact words were, “Then they asked who the Messiah was.” They most certainly didn’t mean Jesus Christ. They probably thought Wyatt meant some contemporary person. Clifton is reading his own biases into Wyatt’s words; but I don’t see how any of these words can be interpreted as “remorse.” Clifton’s comment makes no sense to me. But the fact is that these Edomite Israelis began to cover this story up right away, just as we would expect them to! And this is NOT remorse in any way! Ron Wyatt was, in fact, perplexed that these Jews didn’t want to tell the whole world, them being “God’s chosen people” and all!!! It’s quite obvious that Wyatt was expecting them to shout it from the rooftops!!! He expected them to join him, saying, “See, here is OUR MESSIAH.” He was mystified by their lack of acknowledgement of “their Messiah”!! But, since we Identists know that the Jews are NOT Israel, and that they have ALWAYS REJECTED HIM, their first instinct would be absolutely to cover up the whole story and deny that it ever happened…which is exactly what they did. Now, Christians would indeed want to shout it from the rooftops; but they don’t know about it, thanks to the Israelis. Clifton Emahiser, in like manner, is doing his best to keep the story as cold as ice.}
It has been established that a person with Down’s syndrome has 47 chromosomes instead of the normal 46. What would be the implications if Mary, the mother of Christ, contributed the normal 23 chromosomes and the Holy Spirit only one as Ron Wyatt conjectures? Under such a situation, 22 of Mary’s egg chromosomes would be un-connected from 22 of the male’s matching chromosomes? That would be Down’s syndrome multiplied 22 times! What kind of misfit would that have made our Redeemer? {It is absurd to compare 47 chromosomes to 24. Score: -1. Totals: -11, 6D. Clifton seems to think that a child with only 24 chromosomes must have some disease, like Down Syndrome. I would think that a Man-God would be a misfit, in any case! He certainly wasn’t your average human being! As to Clifton’s speculations about the non-viability of a child with only 24 chromosomes, here is a geneticist’s opinion on the matter:

(Here is a summary of Wyatt’s testimony by Eugene Dunkley: http://www.arkdiscovery.com/chromosomes.htm Scientists are today experimenting with a parthogenetic process, called cloning. No male DNA is required to artificially stimulate cell growth. Scientists call it “tissue engineering.” If scientists can do it in a laboratory, certainly the Holy Spirit can do it miraculously! Of course, this is one of the foundational principles of Christianity, but “Who hath believed our report?”)

Continuing with Clifton:}
I don’t say this very often, but Ron Wyatt is a Fool with a capital "F", and a Fraud with a capital "F"! {This is a false conclusion, without any evidence to back it up. One person’s incredulity does not make another person a liar. From all of the answers I have provided to Clifton’s assertions, it is obvious that Clifton has not done his homework. RON WYATT, HONEST?, OR DECEITFUL FRAUD? #2
Of all of the scam-artists that have ever existed on planet Earth, Ron Wyatt takes first prize over them all! His story of finding the Ark of the Covenant in a cave in or near Jerusalem, along with Christ’s blood on the Mercy Seat, surely places all other dreamed-up scams before his, since the foundation of the world, in an inferior second place! And then he gave his bogus report that, "Each cell contained only 24 chromosomes compared to the normal count of 46 that you and I have". According to Wyatt’s bogus claims, "Christ received 23 chromosomes from Mary, and one ‘y’ chromosome from His heavenly Father to designate a male child", he outdid his first lie!
As I demonstrated in part #1 of this series, the Mercy Seat is the lid of the Ark of the Covenant and is affiliated with the day of Atonement, not the day of Passover. {Clifton, this is an absolutely correct statement, but there is still a real problem here. I have already stated the nature of the problem: If Yahshua’s Holy blood WAS NOT sprinkled on the Mercy Seat, then the LAST SACRIFICE was not lawful for the Atonement. You yourself quoted many sources, in Part 1, that stated that all of the Levitical sacrifices POINTED TO and led up to this SACRIFICE. But these authors were referring to the Atonement Sacrifice, not to the Passover sacrifice. It is indeed true that Christ’s Blood was shed on the Day of Passover. Use your imagination and stop pretending that only you know the correct interpretation of Scripture: Is it not possible that the Holy Blood was shed on Passover Day and then sprinkled on the Mercy Seat on the Day of Atonement, during the rainy season, when the rain waters could have washed the Blood down through the crack, allowing at least some of His Blood to be sprinkled on the Mercy Seat? Given the fact that Yahweh created the entire Universe, would not such a miracle be child’s play in comparison? This website states that the rainy season begins in October, right around the time of the Day of Atonement! http://net.bible.org/dictionary.php?word=Rainfall%20In%20Jerusalem%20In%20Inches Here, also, is an outstanding analysis of the differences between the Feast Days of Passover and Atonement: http://www.austinchurchofgod.org/Articles/holydays%20revisited.htm }
The important days for assembly in Israel were Passover, Pentecost, Trumpets, Atonement and Tabernacles. Everyone of these days would be fulfilled in the administration of the ministry of Christ. {I disagree with this statement. I only see the first four of these Feast Days being fulfilled at the First Advent. These were Passover, Unleavened Bread, Firstfruits (Wave Sheaf Offering), and Pentecost. All of these were fulfilled in the Spring and Summer of either 32 or 33 AD. The last three will be fulfilled at the Second Advent, during the fall season. The separation between the Spring Feasts and the Fall Feasts symbolizes the separation between the First Advent and the Second Advent.} As I demonstrated in my brochure The Day The Word Became Flesh, Christ was born on the Day of Trumpets. {This is highly speculative. Even if this dating is accurate, where were the trumpet blasts at Christ’s birth? The symbolism of the Feast of Trumpets does not at all fit the lonely, quiet birth of Our Messiah! Rather, the Feast of Trumpets is associated with the Seven Trumps of Revelation, which occur during the End Times, announcing the Second Coming. Here is how Paul sees it: "For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air." (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17). Since our Restoration has not happened yet, it is also reserved for the Second Coming. In 1 Corinthians 15:52 he says this will happen "in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed." Thus the awakening blast of this last trumpet will awaken the “dead,” alerting us to the Second Advent!} On the preparation day of Passover Christ (the Lamb) was crucified in accordance with the first Passover in Egypt {Although the first Passover did occur in Egypt, this statement is only partially true. The Levitical Passover, not the Egyptian Passover, was the type for the fulfillment. Even though the First Passover occurred in Egypt, that fact does not make the Egyptian Passover the type for the Feast Day Calendar. This is because Moses modified the Passover rituals for the priesthood. The Passover ordinances were then incorporated into the Levitical sacrificial system, which did not exist in Egypt. One example of this is the fact that all males were to appear 'in the place which the Lord shall choose,' and there to sacrifice and to eat the lamb or kid. An additional offering was added to this ritual (Ex. 34:18-20; Deut 16:2, 16, 17). The Second Passover was also ordained, in case any man were unclean at the time of the regular Passover, or 'in a journey afar off,' he could celebrate it a month later (Num 9:9-11). With these modifications, the Passover became part of the appointed feasts of Lev. 23.} when the lambs were slain and the blood applied to the door posts of each Israelite home. {Although it appears that at various times in the history of Judea, the Temple priests smeared blood on certain lintels in the Temple, the people of Israel were never again asked to smear blood on the lintels of their own homes, so this part of the original Passover was also deleted from the Levitical Passover. Indeed, for the first forty years of wandering in the wilderness, the Israelites had no lintels or doorposts.} Whereas the Day of Atonement was celebrated on the 10th of the seventh month when two goats were selected; one to be killed for a sacrifice, and the other to be let go free with the sins of Israel laid upon it, as being a scapegoat. The last major assembly was the gathering for Tabernacles. Ron Wyatt’s blunder is, he is attempting to have Christ crucified on the Day of Atonement rather than at Passover! {Ron Wyatt certainly assumed this. I have already explained how this would be possible, with the blood being SHED on the Day of Passover, but SPRINKLED on the Day of Atonement. In this manner, the Levitical type of both Feasts is fulfilled. Clifton’s scenario, which does not conform to the Levitical rituals, completely negates THE SPRINKLING OF THE Holy Blood on the Mercy Seat. Consequently, according to this scenario, the Atonement sacrifice never took place, because it did not fulfill any part of the Atonement ritual. Clifton is forced to accept a scenario in which the Holy Blood was NEVER sprinkled on the Mercy Seat, whether on the Passover or on the Day of Atonement. I submit to you, dear Christian Israelite, that Yahweh, the High Priest of Israel, did this IN SECRET, just as the High Priest always sprinkled the blood in secret, according to the Law. Some authors, wondering about this apparent omission, have stated that His Blood was sprinkled on the Mercy seat “in heaven,” because they acknowledge that the atoning sacrifice was NOT fulfilled at Passover. (This website makes a fervent case for such a VICARIOUS atonement: http://www.whatsaiththescripture.com/The.Holy.Bible/Reasons7_Atoning_Blood.html ) But, would a vicarious sprinkling of the Blood suffice? After Christ’s Passion, there was a literal shedding of His Blood at the Passover, a literal Feast of Unleavened Bread, a literal Wave Sheaf offering and the Holy Spirit literally descended upon the new Christians on the Feast of Pentecost. With regard to the Day of Atonement, all of the previous Atonement sacrifices had REAL BLOOD sprinkled on the REAL MERCY SEAT. (Lev. 16:6.) Yahshua’s sacrifice could not have been otherwise. (Rev. 1:5, I John 1:7.) The Day of Atonement ritual would have been illegitimate without real blood being sprinkled on the Mercy Seat!
As Ronald L. Dart says in the above linked article:
There is an important, fundamental difference between Passover and the Day of Atonement. Paul told the Corinthians that as often as we eat the bread and drink the wine of the Lord's Supper, we do show forth the Lord's death till He come. What the Passover is about is Christ's death. The Day of Atonement, on the other hand, is about our being made "at one" with God.
"But," one may ask, "doesn't Christ's sacrifice make us ‘at one' with God?" If it does, then why isn't everyone "at one" with God? Is the sacrifice of Christ all-sufficient for your salvation? If so, then why isn't everyone saved?
It is quite true, then, to note that the Passover pictures the sacrifice of Christ-Jesus Christ is our Passover. There is, however, a response required from us that is not pictured in the Passover itself.
Then, when we look at the Day of Atonement, we see a very strong correlation between its ceremony and the response of the repentant sinner. The Day of Atonement involves fasting (Leviticus 23:26-32), which is an outward sign of our remorse and our repentance of our sins. Of old, fasting was the commonly-accepted means of expressing humiliation, mourning, and repentance. The full priestly ceremony of the Day of Atonement is described in the sixteenth chapter of Leviticus, and there we find that the confession of sin plays an important role in the atonement process (Leviticus 16:20-22). Washing, an obvious corollary of baptism, is also prominent in the ceremony of the Day of Atonement (Leviticus 16:4, 24, 26).
As the Egyptian Passover liberated us from the bondage of Pharaoh, Christ’s Passover liberated us from bondage to past sins (Rom. 3:25, #4266, proginomai (past); 2 Peter 1:9, #3819, palai (old)). The Day of Atonement represents our acknowledgment of Christ’s sacrifice for us, as mediator between us and the Father, Yahweh. The vast majority of True Israelites have not done this yet. Most of our people are still unrepentant, living in either rebellion or confusion. We have not yet “afflicted ourselves,” as is required by the Atonement sacrifice. This is the difference between the two sacrifices. The Passover sacrifice forgives our past sins unconditionally, but the Atonement sacrifice reconciles (Lev. 16:20) us to Yahweh. This requires our full recognition of what Christ did for us and our acceptance of it. Above all, it requires our sincere repentance for our sins. In other words, the Passover sacrifice was only the ransom. We were purchased by this redemption. But it did not accomplish the reconciliation. Our hearts have not yet fully accepted the New Covenant of having the law written in our hearts (Jer. 31:31-17.) That is a process which has been working itself out for the last two thousand years, the time between the two Advents! Hosea 6:2: “After two days (two thousand years), he will revive us.” We cannot become the Bride of Christ until we have proven ourselves worthy via repentance (washed ourselves clean). Yahshua will not marry an unclean (unrepentant) bride! We have to fully acknowledge what He did for us; and that is what we True Israelites are doing right now, preparing ourselves for the Wedding Feast of the Lamb!! (Rev. 21:1-4; 2 Thes. 1:5, 11; I John 2:3-6.)} The Restoration of Israel (and Adamkind) has not yet been accomplished. It will be bestowed upon those Overcomers, who make it through the Tribulation (trial by fire), and also upon those who have already earned it in the past. (I Thes. 4:13-18.)
We can settle the matter with five simple questions: (1 Was Christ crucified during the Feast of Tabernacles? Answer, No! {Ron Wyatt never claimed that Christ was crucified during the Feast of Tabernacles, so what is the point of this question? Technical point: The Day of Atonement occurs before the Feast of Tabernacles. It occurs on Ethanim 10, the tenth day of the seventh month, right after the Feast of Trumpets. The Feast of Tabernacles begins on Ethanim 15. It is entirely possible that the Holy Blood was washed down the crack in the rock at the appropriate time, on the Tenth Day of the Seventh Month, with the beginning of the rainy season in Jerusalem.} (2 Was Christ crucified on the Day of Atonement? Answer, No! {Correct, but the question still remains, if Christ’s Blood was not sprinkled on the Mercy Seat, was the Law fulfilled? Clifton asserts that this literal fulfillment is not necessary, or he assumes that the birth of Christ substitutes for the Day of Atonement; but all of the relevant Scriptures assert that it IS necessary. Under Clifton’s scenario, the sacrifice was never done according to the Law. Clifton Emahiser is arguing that all of the Atonement instructions, which were given in such intricate detail by Yahweh, do not require a literal fulfillment in the most important sacrifice of all! Can this be possible? Paul clearly says these rituals are a type (foreshadowing, Hebrews 8:5), or as the theologians like to say, the type points to the antitype, the antitype being the literal fulfillment of the type. Clifton’s position is understandable, given the secret nature of the sprinkling ritual, and I fully realize the astonishing nature of the literal fulfillment that I have proposed. But Scripture compels me to argue this point, because all of Scripture points to a literal fulfillment of the sprinkling of the Holy Blood!} (3 Was Christ crucified on the Day of Trumpets? Answer, No! (4 Was Christ crucified on the Day of Pentecost? Answer, No! (5 Was Christ crucified on the preparation Day of Passover? Answer, Yes! So, why try to crowd the Mercy Seat into the Feast of Passover where it doesn’t belong? {The Passover Blood had to be shed on the Feast of Passover. This is a given. No one has suggested otherwise! Now, tell me that my solution to this problem is not possible!! Now, it’s my turn to ask a question. Let’s see if it’s relevant! “Is anything too hard for Yahweh?” – Gen. 18:14. Of course, this verse is about Sarah’s miraculous conception! But the principle is the same. Certainly, the Creator of the Universe could have done this, because nothing is too hard for Yahweh. But a skeptic’s doubts are sufficient to overrule Yahweh’s power, I guess! Compared to creating the Universe, this Feast Day Miracle was a proverbial “piece o’ cake”!} Also, why follow the Canaanite Edomite-jews who keep the Day of Atonement for the forgiveness of their sins? {It’s not their Day of Atonement. It’s ours. They’re imitating us in order to deceive us. Don’t we have sins that need to be forgiven? Besides, the Atonement ordinance clearly states that it shall be observed FOREVER. (Lev. 16:34.) Only the form has changed, sans the blood sacrifices. But we True Israelites haven’t been commemorating any of these Feast Days, although we observe the Passover in the form of the Lord’s Supper. Hence, we have completely lost our understanding of their significance.} But the Canaanite-jews take it one step farther by asking forgiveness of their sins a year in advance! {Irrelevant.}
What it all boils down to is that each individual feast day should be kept to itself; not placed in a blender and turned on high and turned into some kind of unrecognizable homogeneous amalgamation, void of any value! This is exactly what Ron Wyatt tried to do by bringing the Day of Atonement under the Feast of Passover. {I understand your objection, Clifton, but this is not Ron Wyatt’s problem. Ron Wyatt never offered any explanation with respect to the Feast Days. This is for US, True Israelites, to consider. Nor am I advocating blending the Feast Days together. Rather, I am arguing that the Passover ritual did NOT fulfill BOTH the redemption AND the atonement. However, Yahshua’s Holy Blood DID. Had Ron Wyatt lived long enough, perhaps he would have heard of Christian Identity. Then he could have considered the issues you raise. I have provided a logical solution to this problem, which overcomes the Scriptural, temporal and physical difficulties. All things considered, Clifton’s doubts are understandable, but his arguments for his positions are not! The indisputable fact is this: Yahweh NEVER violates his own law! To suggest otherwise is shaky theology!} These are two different celebrations with two different purposes! Some will argue that it was absolutely necessary for Christ’s blood to be placed on the Mercy Seat of the Ark of the Covenant. {Yes.} If that is true, why wasn’t all of the blood of the lambs slain at the original Passover in Egypt placed on the Mercy Seat? {Because there was no Mercy Seat at that time, Clifton! The Feast Day calendar, which includes the Atonement rituals, hadn’t been given to the Israelites until they reached Mt. Sinai. Nor had the Ark of Covenant yet been built. See Ex. 25. Nor was there a High Priest to offer an Atonement! Furthermore, the Egyptian Passover was not for the forgiveness of sins. It was to protect the Israelites from the death angel! Nor did the Egyptian Passover have anything to do with the preparing of True Israel for the Marriage Feast! The Egyptian Passover accomplished a singular purpose: the physical preservation (salvation) if Israel, by separating them from the Egyptians. If the Atonement had happened at Christ’s Passover, we wouldn’t still be all mixed up, would we?} All those following Ron Wyatt’s errant theology are idiots (meaning feebleminded foolish persons)! {Well, this remains to be seen! Clifton has not proven anything about Ron Wyatt. He has made a number of dubious assertions based on his own interpretations of Scripture; and he has used these interpretations to slander an honest, humble, and guileless Israelite. Clifton, if you had consulted some of Ron Wyatt’s supporters, you wouldn’t have fallen for all of the Jewish propaganda you are uncritically repeating.} If we are going to bring the Mercy Seat into the celebration of Passover, we might as well (like the Canaanite-jews), confess all of our sins a year advance so we can break every law of Yahweh in the interim! How many other "traditions of the elders" should we adopt? Or, how much more of "the leaven of the Pharisees" should we accept? {Look who’s talking about leaven! Clifton says that the Atonement did not have to be literally fulfilled!! Can you believe this? Who’s making exceptions to the rules? Excuse me for suggesting that the letter of the Law had to be fulfilled under the Old Covenant! Show me the verse that says there will be an exception made in the case of the Atonement!}
According to Ron Wyatt, he claimed to have taken samples of the blood of Christ that he had removed from the Mercy Seat to an Israeli blood lab. They replied to him, according to Wyatt, that this blood only had 24 chromosomes, and that it was alive! {I have already referenced the geneticist who says that this is possible! Clifton should debate him!} He also claimed that the folks at the lab were ready to hear about Jesus as a result of this pretended DNA blood test. {This was his assumption, because he thought the Jews would be thrilled at this discovery! Put yourself in his place, Clifton. This is your obligation as a Christian. You should be trying to understand his motivation, not slandering him for not living up to your expectations. Then you will understand why he said those things!} When in the last 2000 years have the Canaanite-Edomite-jews been "ready to hear about Jesus"? Yahshua made it very clear at John 10:25:27: "25 Yahshua answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me. 26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. 27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me ..." When Christ spoke of "sheep" he was speaking of "Israelite sheep", and at this passage He addressed Canaanites who had been proselyted to a corrupted form of Judaism. {No argument here!! Still, this is not a criticism of Ron Wyatt, who was under the false assumption that the Jews are Israelites. He thought the Blood would convert them! He was wrong. This is proof that they are NOT Israelites! The Israeli response is totally predictable from our Identity theology!} If they heard not Yahweh in the flesh as Yahshua, how would they believe in Christ as a result of Ron Wyatt’s fabricated blood on the Mercy Seat story? {The Jews don’t need to hear it, nor do they want to. Wyatt sincerely believed that the Jewish lab technicians would be as thrilled about his discovery as he was! He was mistaken about this. He may have wasted some of his time trying to convert them. How many other Christians have vainly tried to do this? Have you never been mistaken about other people’s motivations?} So all Ron Wyatt is giving us is some more Canaanite-"jews for Jesus" propaganda! {On the contrary, Ron Wyatt is giving you the complete fulfillment of the prophecies of the Holy Blood. And this explains why both Paul (Heb. 9:11-14) and Peter (I Peter 1:1-5) chose to use the word “sprinkled” instead of “shed” when they connected His Blood with the Mercy Seat. Yes, Ron Wyatt’s story seems incredible, but miracles do happen. Is it not possible that Yahweh revealed something to him that you don’t know? Maybe he was more humble than you are? Doesn’t Yahshua prefer the meek to the self-righteous? So, he was wrong about the Jews being Judah/Israel. That does not make him a fraud!}
Supposedly all of this happened several years ago. Of course, Wyatt didn’t leave any substantiating evidence available to us. {This a false statement. Have you checked with all of the witnesses I cited above, who all state that Ron Wyatt was a truthful person? I don’t think you have made any such attempt!} The men at the lab remain anonymous. Wyatt’s "evidences" disappeared as quickly as he discovered them. {Did you call the Israeli lab to verify this statement? Have you made any effort to prove your own denials?} The blood of Christ has vaporized and we have only his tales on his videos and his recorded presentations some of which have been posted on You-Tube. {And we have the dubious speculations of Clifton Emahiser as “absolute proof” that Ron Wyatt is a liar and a fraud!!}
From website www.arkdiscovery.com/ark_of_cov_,_pt__2.htm we learn that Ron Wyatt died on August 4, 1999. Upon his death Mrs. Mary Nell Wyatt found a new husband. The last trip to Israel by her and her new husband, they were supposed to reopen the cave containing the Ark of the Covenant which was supposedly covered with the very blood of Jesus Christ. Since that time Mary Nell has continued the stalling tactics her first husband, Ron, was famous for by statements such as: "As of this date, conclusive evidence has not been released." ... " {That’s because the Israeli government made him sign a non-disclosure statement. Several people had already died trying to publicize this story. As I stated above, the Jews have a vested interest in keeping the lid clamped down hard on this story. Would you risk being paid a visit by the Mossad? It’s about time that you give Wyatt some of the same consideration that you give yourself, Clifton. You keep blaming the Wyatts for something the Israelis are forcing them to do. If Netanyahu came to your door and told you to shut up about the Holy Blood, what would you do, Clifton? Do you have more courage than Mary Nell Wyatt? Now, it’s my turn to be skeptical!} The complete video documentation on this subject is not available at this time and will not be forthcoming until the time at which the Ark is made public." ... "Over the years Ron mentioned tests that were done on blood samples taken from the Ark. At this time, these have not been released." ... "Again, reserve your decision on this subject until the point in time when you can see positive evidence for yourself." ... "In Feb. 1988, when Ron first publicly told about his discovery, he concluded his talk with the request that people ‘just watch, and wait’." I would suggest that Mary Nell show us the results of the first alleged DNA blood test by the Israelis which Ron was so cocksure of! Had Ron ever had such a report, we can be sure he would have shown it to us over and over again! He would have mounted it in a gold frame! Since Ron has claimed he has already received the results of such a test, why is Mary Nell talking about doing the test over again? But first of all she will have to find the Ark of the Covenant with the blood of Christ on it!
On Mary Nell’s website she stated: "Over the years Ron mentioned test that were done on blood samples taken from the Ark. At this time, these have not been released. When the appropriate time comes, our plan is to have independent geneticists take their own specimens and perform their own test, all of which will be well documented." It would appear to any earnest Christian that "the appropriate time" is well past for a release of the first alleged blood samples taken by Ron! Mary Nell also stared: "In Feb. 1988, when Ron first publicly told about his discovery, he concluded his talk with the request that people ‘just watch and wait’." {What would you Clifton? Would anybody believe YOU, if every ‘journalist” on the planet had given you the reputation of being a “fraud.” I pray that you are spared such an experience! It would be interesting to see how many people uncritically take up the chorus of boos against you.} Well, we have been waiting now for 22 years {I guess this refutes the claim that Ron Wyatt was a tireless self-promoter! Hardly anybody knows about it, even after all these years! Do you think that the Jews have something to do with this, Clifton?} It took, so where is all the corroborating evidence that Wyatt even found the Mercy Seat, let alone any blood of Christ on it! But Mary Nell assures us: "The time is getting closer when you will no longer have to simply wonder, or believe anyone just because you think they may be an honest person." Sorry Mary Nell, seeing is believing! Otherwise, you’re just another pretzel-twister!
Mary Nell went on to declare: "Events have already begun to occur which have led us to believe that we are quite near the time when the Ark of the Covenant will be made known to the world. How near we are, I do not know, but we have reason to believe we are quite near. Therefore, we have decided that now is the proper time to present the details of Ron’s excavation which resulted in his discovery of the Ark."
Let’s examine such a scenario: If the Ark of the Covenant were suddenly to appear in or near Jerusalem, the Canaanite-jews would posthaste declare: "You see, we have the Ark of the Covenant, therefore we really are ‘God’s chosen people’." {Wrong! Don’t you get it, Clifton? You have it exactly backwards, which proves you don’t understand this matter at all! What you are saying is EXACTLY how Ron Wyatt expected them to react! Since they aren’t Israelites, they don’t want the Bible to be verified. They don’t WANT any renewed interest in the Bible, especially not in any 24-chromosome DNA!!! The Jews are the ones who have always secretly DENIED the Bible, while publicly claiming to adhere to it! The Ark of the Covenant and the Holy Blood prove that Jesus Christ was the Messiah! Now, tell me again how badly the Jews want this affair made public!!! The last thing the Jews want is ABSOLUTE PROOF OF THE VIRGIN BIRTH, WHICH WOULD MAKE JESUS CHRIST THE MESSIAH!!! It’s the Israelis who demanded the cover-up, Clifton. Not Ron Wyatt! I can’t believe that you don’t understand this. Do you actually believe that the Jews want to verify the Bible, which they have only been pretending to follow for 2,000 years? Didn’t Jesus say to these vipers, “If ye had believed Moses, you would believe me?” You can’t blame Judeo-Christians for taking the Jews at their word. They’ve been deceived. You keep blaming the victim! And the Jews are gloating every time you do so!!} That brings up the incredible question: Why would the Almighty allow a Sacred object like the Ark of the Covenant to be left in an area cursed by Yahweh never to rise again? {This is the same false argument that Clifton brought up earlier. Golgotha was OUTSIDE of the city. How many miles should we extend the curse outside of the city to satisfy your false logic, Clifton? Cursing the city of Jerusalem is not the same as cursing Golgotha! Besides, the Jews can’t get near it. The ones who tried to get near it were killed by Yahweh. It is waiting for some True Israelites to dig it up.} This is found at Jeremiah 19:1-11, which reads: "1 Thus saith Yahweh, Go and get a potter’s earthen bottle, and take of the ancients of the people, and of the ancients of the priests; 2 And go forth unto the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is by the entry of the east gate, and proclaim there the words that I shall tell thee, 3 And say, Hear ye the word of Yahweh, O kings of Judah, and inhabitants of Jerusalem; Thus saith Yahweh of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, the which whosoever heareth, his ears shall tingle. 4 Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents; 5 They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into my mind: 6 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith Yahweh, that this place shall no more be called Tophet, nor The valley of the son of Hinnom, but The valley of slaughter. 7 And I will make void the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hands of them that seek their lives: and their carcases will I give to be meat for the fowls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth. 8 And I will make this city desolate, and an hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished and hiss because of all the plagues thereof. 9 And I will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat every one the flesh of his friend in the siege and straitness, wherewith their enemies, and they that seek their lives, shall straiten them. 10 Then shalt thou break the bottle in the sight of the men that go with thee, 11 And shalt say unto them, Thus saith Yahweh of hosts; Even so will I break this people and this city, as one breaketh a potter’s vessel, that cannot be made whole again: and they shall bury them in Tophet, till there be no place to bury." {Yes, the city of Jerusalem was broken. The prophecy does not say that the Ark would be broken. Nor has it been exposed to the corruption of the Jews. It is waiting there for US, True Israelites, to reclaim it as verification of our ancestral heritage.}
What is there about the words "cannot be made whole again" that we don’t seem to understand? {These words are spoken about the city of Jerusalem. They don’t apply to the Ark. Clifton keeps making this same logical error.} Thus, Jerusalem became like Humpty-Dumpty; having a great fall, and all the king’s horses and all the king’s men couldn’t put Old Jerusalem back together again! Not only this, but Yahshua Himself put His own personal curse on Jerusalem and the nation of Judaea at Luke 13:6-9: "6 He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. 7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? 8 And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: 9 And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down." This passage corresponds with the three years of Christ’s ministry in Judaea!
{Of what relevance is this to the Ark, Passover, or Atonement? How are these things connected with the evil fig tree?}
Further, at Matt. 21:19: "And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away." This was emblematic of Judaea becoming a worthless nation along with the city of Jerusalem, so Christ placed His curse on them. So at Jer. 19:1-11; Luke 13:6-9 & Matt. 21:19 we find a perpetual curse placed on Judaea and Jerusalem! Question: Why would our Almighty leave the Ark of the Covenant in a CURSED place? Secondly, Why would our Almighty leave the Ark of the Covenant with the CURSED Edomite-jews who possess that geographic area today? It used to be called the "Holy Land", but today it is an "unholy land"! Had the Ark of the Covenant been left by Jeremiah in or near old Jerusalem, as Ron & Mary Nell Wyatt claim, it would now have the CURSE of Yahweh upon it! Surely, the idea that the Ark of the Covenant might be found in the modern state of Israeli would support the evil agenda of political-zionism (spelled in lower case letters). {Clifton keeps on making this logical mistake of taking places that are OUTSIDE of the city and including them as if they were IN the city. For example, in the Chicago area, we refer to Chicago and Chicagoland. Chicago is the city itself and Chicagoland is the city PLUS all of the surrounding suburbs. If Yahweh cursed the city of Chicago, can we assume that He is necessarily cursing the suburbs as well? I don’t think so! Neither the Ark nor Golgotha were included in these curses. Jerusalem has been rebuilt by the Edomites, according to the prophecy of Malachi 1:4, so their iniquity would be complete. None of this logically excludes the possibility that Israelite artifacts can be found in the rubble outside – or even inside - of the old city! This is merely wishful thinking on your part, Clifton.}
If the story is true at 1 Sam. 5:1-7, and the Ark of the Covenant is to be found in or near Jerusalem, as Ron Wyatt claims, then all the Canaanite-Edomite-jews presently living in that area would be suffering from hemorrhoids (emerods) as they did in Samuel’s day. This passage reads:
"1 And the Philistines took the ark of God, and brought it from Ebenezer unto Ashdod. 2 When the Philistines took the ark of God, they brought it into the house of Dagon, and set it by Dagon. 3 And when they of Ashdod arose early on the morrow, behold, Dagon was fallen upon his face to the earth before the ark of Yahweh. And they took Dagon, and set him in his place again. 4 And when they arose early on the morrow morning, behold, Dagon was fallen upon his face to the ground before the ark of Yahweh; and the head of Dagon and both the palms of his hands were cut off upon the threshold; only the stump of Dagon was left to him. 5 Therefore neither the priests of Dagon, nor any that come into Dagon’s house, tread on the threshold of Dagon in Ashdod unto this day. 6 But the hand of Yahweh was heavy upon them of Ashdod, and he destroyed them, and smote them with emerods [hemorrhoids], even Ashdod and the coasts thereof. 7 And when the men of Ashdod saw that it was so, they said, The ark of the God of Israel shall not abide with us: for his hand is sore upon us, and upon Dagon our god."
As anyone can see from this passage, when Yahweh’s Ark of the Covenant fell into an enemy’s hand, they suffered an epidemic of hemorrhoids. Therefore, if the Ark of the Covenant can be found in or near Jerusalem today, as Ron and Mary Nell claim, then the present-day Canaanite-Edomite-jews should experience the same physical syndrome! {Just because Yahweh chose that form of punishment then is not proof that it must always be so. This is an unfounded, illogical generalization. Where is the Law that says all of the heathen who are ever in the presence of the Ark will get hemorrhoids, forever and ever? Remember, the Philistines TOOK IT from the Israelites. Perhaps this is why He chose this particular affliction as a punishment. It is Yahweh’s pleasure to afflict people as He sees fit. Different plagues for different blokes! (I can’t believe that Clifton is actually offering this as an argument against Ron Wyatt!) The fact is that only those who were not struck dead lived to get hemorrhoids (I Sam. 5:12). Bringing this story up to date, credible witnesses state that the Edomite Jews, who dressed up in Levitical garments, were, in fact, killed by Yahweh when they tried to approach the Ark. They died before they could get hemorrhoids. Clifton is grasping at straws in Part 2.} If this is true, {This is a MIGHTY BIG “IF,” Clifton!} then the Ark of the Covenant can not be in Judaea today, nor could it have been there in Christ’s day! I don’t know about you, but I haven’t heard of any epidemics of hemorrhoids among the imposture-jews committing identity theft from the true tribe of Judah in Palestine today. It is amazing, but by Mary Nell’s own words, she admits that she and her deceased husband Ron were working in collusion with the Israelis who we in Israel Identity recognize as Edomite-Canaanite-jews (actually descendants of Cain)!: {Just like the millions of other Judeo-Christians who support the Israeli State! To be deceived is not the same as “collusion.” Just ask Eve! By the same logic, I could suggest that Clifton is in collusion with the Israelis in their slanders of Ron Wyatt. Not so, Clifton? You really should stick to facts and not indulge in such flippant remarks.}
"The time came when Ron provided something to the authorities from the excavation which did convince them that he had at the least discovered some items from the first temple. [One item is the ivory pomegranate found in the Israeli museum today. Recognized as the only item from Solomon’s temple ever to be found] Then a plan was devised by authorities to ‘test’ the water so to speak- they wanted to carefully determine the public reaction should the announcement be made that the Ark of the Covenant had been discovered. The officials that Ron dealt with were serious government servants, concerned with the welfare of the people. They realized that such an announcement would most likely set off a bloody clash between the Jews who would want to rebuild the temple and the Arabs who control the temple mount. While they did not necessarily have the religious belief that any temple would ever be rebuilt, they were well acquainted with the passion and fanaticism of those who did. Their efforts to test public reaction to the rebuilding of a new temple resulted in much bloodshed, and many deaths. [One stone for the new temple was set in place, causing a riot and 19 deaths.] Until this day, it is an extremely critical issue and the Israelis will handle the situation the way they handle everything else – by a no-nonsense approach with the best interests of the people’s safety foremost. What that approach will be, we don’t know and perhaps even they won’t know until the time arrives." {Well, this episode would have convinced Ron Wyatt to accede to Israeli demands. Rather than prove Ron Wyatt was a fraud, it lends credibility to his decision. The ploy was to make Ron feel guilty about publicizing his work!! Of course, there are Jews who want to build another temple, Ark or no Ark.}
From this testimony found on Mary Nell’s website, it is apparent that she is either making up a story, or on the other hand, in the hire of the usurping Israelis! But you ain’t heard nothin yet, wait until you hear how Mary Nell describes how Ron discovered where to dig for the Ark of the Covenant!:
"One day, after the swelling in Ron’s legs and feet went down a bit, he decided to go sightseeing in the immediate area around his hotel near the Damascus Gate. Walking along an ancient stone quarry, known to some as ‘the Calvary Escarpment,’ he began conversing with a local authority about Roman antiquities. At one point, they stopped walking, and Ron’s left hand pointed to a site being used as a trash dump and he stated, ‘That’s Jeremiah’s Grotto and the Ark of the Covenant is in there.’ Even though these words had come from his own mouth and his own hand had pointed, he had not consciously done or said these things. In fact, it was the first time he had ever thought about excavating for the Ark. The man with him, quite out of character, also reacted strangely. He said, ‘That’s wonderful! We want you to excavate, and we’ll furnish your permits, put you up in a place to stay and even furnish your meals!’ But Ron didn’t know what to think – he knew it was a ‘supernatural’ experience, but was it of God, or was it of ‘someone else’?" {Clifton’s logic: I don’t believe in miracles, therefore Ron Wyatt is a liar!}
All of this spontaneous finger pointing and uncontrolled speaking on the part of Ron Wyatt sounds like a pentecostal tongue-wagger talking about one of his out-of-body experiences, although I know he is a disciple of Ellen G. White. To make a long story short, Ron and his party decided to return home to America where he decided to compare his theory with the Bible. Upon reading 2 Chr. 26:14, he changed his mind concerning where he thought the Ark was located. {Ron Wyatt cannot change his mind without being accused of fraudulence! I wonder if Clifton has ever changed his mind about the meaning of a particular scripture!} Mary Nell addressed this thusly at her website:
"Uzziah, spoken of in this verse, was king over 100 years before the destruction of Jerusalem, and we here learn that they had ‘engines’ on the ‘towers’ and ‘bulwarks’ which shot ‘arrows’ and ‘great stones’. Catapults were capable of reaching over 1,000 feet, and therefore Ron reasoned that the siege wall would have been positioned out of the range of these massive devices, and therefore, further from the city wall than the site he had pointed to ..."
Now we know, from the very words of Mary Nell herself, that the "supernatural experience" that Ron Wyatt experienced was self induced! Had Ron Wyatt’s so-called "supernatural experience" been genuine, he wouldn’t have had to change his mind; not even one inch! What other evidence do we need to understand that Ron Wyatt was a complete fraud! {The fact that you don’t believe Ron Wyatt is not EVIDENCE, Clifton. It’s DOUBT, not evidence. According to this logic, any time you change your mind, you have proven yourself to be a liar. Ron and Nell Wyatt have clearly stated their reasons for not going public about this particular story. You don’t believe them. You suspect collusion, but you have no proof. How much bribe money was there, to keep the Wyatts quiet? Contrary to your suspicions, EVERYONE – even Wyatt’s critics - involved in the Wyatt case affirms the fact the Israelis pressured him into this agreement. Put yourself in his place, Clifton. Would you dare to tell the Israelis to “Go shove it. I’m going public”?}
All of this brings to mind the story of Ananias and Sapphira found at Acts 5:1-10. As Ananias and Sapphira were struck dead for lying about things Holy, we can only imagine what might be the judgment upon Ron Wyatt and his wife Mary Nell at the great White Throne Judgment of Christ. {Obviously, Ron Wyatt lived to ripe old age and was not struck dead for the things he said. Again, you make a false analogy. It was the Israelis who were struck dead, not Ron Wyatt! At the Judgment Day, Clifton will have another opportunity to face Ron Wyatt. Perhaps he will approach the case with a little more humility then!} There are certain subjects in our private lives which we do not have to reveal to others, but concerning things Holy, it is altogether a different matter! Only truth (not lies) will set us free!
Clifton A. Emahiser’s Teaching Ministries
{At this point, I suggest to the reader to access this link to Wyatt’s own description of the events leading to the discovery of the Ark. Contrary to Emahiser’s portrayal of Wyatt as enthusiastically perpetrating this “fraud,” Wyatt says that he was himself skeptical of the revelation he had received. This is what caused him to study the Scriptures more closely, to get clues from the Scriptures as to where the Ark might have been buried.

A direct quotation from this article:
But Ron didn't know what to think - he knew it was a "supernatural" experience, but was it of God, or was it of "someone else"? By this time, Ron had made major discoveries in Turkey, and had found numerous chariot parts in the Red Sea. But not once had he ever had an experience such as this. It was like a thunderbolt out of the blue on a perfectly sunny day. He had to decline the man's offer, at least until he could figure out if there was any reason to believe the Ark could be in that location. So, he and the boys came on home as planned. But once at home, Ron began some serious research and study.
Rather than mentioning Ron Wyatt’s own initial skepticism, Clifton Emahiser has argued that Ron Wyatt plunged headlong into the dig and only subsequently did the Bible research to justify his actions. This is a complete misrepresentation of Wyatt’s own story. Quoting Clifton’s own words: Now we know, from the very words of Mary Nell herself, that the "supernatural experience" that Ron Wyatt experienced was self induced! Had Ron Wyatt’s so-called "supernatural experience" been genuine, he wouldn’t have had to change his mind; not even one inch! What other evidence do we need to understand that Ron Wyatt was a complete fraud!
On the contrary, it was this supernatural experience which led Ron Wyatt into a deeper study of the Bible, in order to convince himself that he should go to all the trouble of organizing the excavation and getting his hands dirty and his lungs dusty. People do not engage in such laborious and costly efforts to test a whim! Now, if the Israeli government had HIRED HIM to do this and had compensated him for all of his trouble, THEN I would smell a rat! Instead, his payment has been ridicule and contempt, thanks to the Israelis!
Here is another link to Wyatt’s excavations, so you can compare Wyatt’s own story with Clifton’s characterization of it:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My Summary of Clifton’s Presentation:
1.) The long introductory discussion of the Mercy Seat is very informative, but it has no relevance to Ron Wyatt’s credibility. It only proves how scrupulous was the High Priest’s attention to the details of the sacrifice. This actually works in Wyatt’s favor, as I have argued, because it establishes the meticulous detail with which these sacrifices were carried out.
2.) The issue of the Day of Atonement is important. It is more important than Clifton realizes. Yes, the Crucifixion took place on Passover. This fact does not rule out the possibility that the Holy Blood was sprinkled onto the Mercy Seat on the following Day of Atonement. To assert that something is not possible does not make it impossible. One’s incredulity cannot be substituted for proof that something did not occur. Such an argument would never hold up in court. Sherlock Holmes would insist that all possible explanations be absolutely ruled out before coming to a final conclusion. Yahweh is certainly capable of arranging the fulfillment of the Last Sacrifice in this way.
3.) Clifton’s assertion that the Last Sacrifice must conform to the first Passover in Egypt is un-Scriptural. There is nothing in the Passover ritual that suggests atonement. The Old Covenant Atonement Sacrifice, which was established along with the Levitical priesthood, MUST NECESSARILY INVOLVE THE SPRINKLING OF THE SACRIFICIAL BLOOD ON THE MERCY SEAT. Clifton assumes that the Day of Atonement was fulfilled by Jesus Christ’s birthday, by arguing that He was born on that calendar day. Thus, he avoids the question of the Levitical rituals. But, is it possible that the Sacrifice could be considered to be complete without this part of the Atonement ritual also fulfilled? I don’t think so!! It’s like fumbling the ball at the 1-yard line!!! Sorry, no touchdown! Clifton thinks he can ignore Yahweh’s rules for the Feast Days and replace them with an Egyptian-style Passover and a birthday instead of an Atonement ritual. (See my detailed explanation of the Passover Versus the Atonement below.)
4.) Clifton repeats, uncritically, the smears of the establishment, without checking out their own credibility. I have cited numerous such dubious “witnesses” and I have shown that they lack credibility. Many of them are, in fact, hucksters. Dr. Snelling is a flagrant example.
5.) The prophecies that the Holy Blood would be discovered in the end times are actually in Wyatt’s favor. Clifton’s speculation that the Ark resides in heaven is contradicted by these prophecies.
6.) Those archeologists, journalists, and theologians, who have worked with Ron Wyatt, regard him as scrupulously honest. Only the anti-Biblical establishment, plus a few pro-Israeli Adventists, and the armchair critics question his honesty.
Conclusion
Clifton Emahiser has allowed himself to be taken in by the anti-Wyatt propaganda machine. He reveals his bias in the opening paragraph, uncritically accepting the lies of Wyatt’s booing section. He is so sure of Wyatt’s guilt that he never even bothers to check these people out. In addition, none of his speculative arguments proves fraudulence on the part of Ron Wyatt. It is one thing to make a speculative case against someone. It is quite another to provide evidence that will convince a jury. Clifton did not cite a single credible witness. All of his unnamed sources are contradicted by those who were actually on site, those who had actually worked with Waytt. The armchair charlatans are clearly arrayed against Wyatt, and Clifton Emahiser has joined their number. With almost no exceptions, the on-site witnesses back Wyatt 100%; and this includes no less an authority than the Government of Turkey, which turned Wyatt’s discovery of Noah’s Ark into a national monument. Given that Clifton’s presentation is based mainly on the rehashed reports of the Wyatt-bashers, plus irrelevant and inconclusive quotations of Scripture, I say that Clifton has failed miserably in this attempt to prove that Ron Wyatt is a “fraud.” Ron Wyatt will be acquitted of this false accusation.
Here is an assessment by someone who was there:
The Israeli government after examining artifacts brought from the chamber, has confirmed to its satisfaction that the Ark has indeed been found. However, to its credit, the government has been very careful with the release of information to prevent riots and the potential destruction of the Dome of the Rock by Jewish extremists. Some examples of what happened when people misused the ark discovery information.
A brash young intrusive tourist who called a press conference to announce the find was found by the press corps dead from a gunshot to the back of the head.
A doctor of archeology from the Israeli university, as he attempted to enter the chamber became totally paralyzed in his back and legs. He spent two weeks in the hospital and swore he'd never try to enter the chamber again.
When the Israeli government released some information about the find, a riot ensued at the Dome of the Rock resulting in over 20 deaths.
The Israeli government, satisfied that the Ark has been found, has ordered the chamber to be sealed. The entryway was covered with a steel plate and then covered with 2 feet of rock and dirt. It awaits a better time for God to reveal it. Source: http://www.bibleplus.org/discoveries/arkintro.htm }
See, Clifton, this person blames the Israeli Government, even praises them, for hushing this story up! Clifton doesn’t believe any of it. He says, “Ron Wyatt is a fraud.” I have to ask, “Clifton, were you there?” You are quick to accuse people of lying, but you have zero personal knowledge of any of these things. Even more importantly: “Does our law judge any man, before it hear him, and know what he does?” (John 7:51; Deut. 17:6.)
The Parallels Between Paul-Bashing and Wyatt-Bashing
The fact is that Clifton Emahiser has employed the same techniques against Ron Wyatt that the Paul-bashers use against Paul. Let us review some of these tactics:
1.) Beginning by assuming, without any investigation, that the worst accusations are true. The Paul-bashers start out by declaring that Paul is guilty of all charges and make little or no effort to find any evidence in his favor. WG Finlay was guilty of this in the case of Paul. Clifton Emahiser has done the same thing in the case of Ron Wyatt, taking the word of such characters as Dr. Andrew Snelling against the word of Ron Wyatt.
2.) Failing to do a thorough investigation of the subject. This is true of all of the universalists, who use Paul’s writings to prop up their theology.
3.) Failing to cite contrary evidence. The antinomians do this deliberately, deceitfully, and conscientiously. Clifton’s approach is entirely accusatory and contentious. Instead of fair-mindedness, he nit-picks, finding fault where there is none!
4.) Concocting fictitious arguments. (The universalists and Jews do this with Paul all the time.)
5.) Putting words in his mouth that he never spoke. (Paul-bashers, Jews.)
6.) Quoting Scriptures out of context. (Universalists, Paul-bashers and Jews.)
7.) Failing to acknowledge scriptures in his favor. (Just about everybody does this!)
8.) Unwittingly siding with the Jews against him. (The Paul-bashers constantly quote Jews for their Paul-bashing, while at the same time they claim to be anti-Jewish! Why would you trust a Jew who says, “Paul reinvented Christianity”?)
9.) Accusing him of being motivated by the desire to achieve personal glory. (The Paul-bashers accuse Paul of elevating himself above Christ! This is a patently false accusation! Similar things have been said about Wyatt’s “true motivation.”)
10.) Belittling all of the witnesses in his favor. (Paul-bashers.)
11.) Blaming him for the rift in his church. (Paul-bashers, Jews.)
I have demonstrated that Clifton has used all of these questionable tactics in his hatchet job against Ron Wyatt. Clifton’s approach is to start by assuming that Wyatt is lying about everything, from Noah’s Ark to the Ark of the Covenant. He started by assuming the defendant is guilty and then he started hunting for “evidence” to confirm his suspicions, never once making a sincere effort to be objective. He has let his own disbelief get the best of him; and he has used it to perpetuate the smear job that the Israeli State has orchestrated against Ron Wyatt.
Jonathan Gray, one of the archeologists who worked with Wyatt, has confirmed on my radio show (June 13, 2010: www.talkshoe.com/tc/22187 ) that all of Wyatt’s discoveries are true and that these events did, indeed, take place, exactly as Wyatt has described. Whom should we believe? The one who was there, or the one who passes judgment from his armchair?
Fraud must be PROVEN. It cannot be assumed or derived from personal interpretations of Scripture, many of which are dubious, to say the least. Clifton has not proven a single claim he makes. He provides reasons for his doubts; but proof is entirely lacking. Skepticism is not proof of fraud. Wyatt never contradicted himself, nor did He lie about anything. In every single case that I am aware of, it has always been Wyatt’s detractors who have been exposed as frauds.
As for the likelihood of Yahshua’s blood being spilled on Passover Day and sprinkled on the Mercy Seat on the Day of Atonement, I have no doubt about this possibility. Skeptics don’t want to consider this possibility because it lends credence to Wyatt’s scenario. Yahweh tells us, in Isa. 55:8-11:
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and returns there, but waters the earth, and makes it bring forth bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereunto I sent it.”
Passover Versus Atonement
Having set up the Levitical priesthood and the very precise rituals of observance for that priesthood, it is to me unimaginable that Yahweh would let His Word return unto Himself void by abandoning the precise instructions of Leviticus 16:13, wherein the High Priest must go into the Holy of Holies in secret, in order to sprinkle the Blood on the Mercy Seat. If this part of the Sacrifice was left undone, then Yahweh violated His own Word. The Atonement cannot be accomplished without the literal sprinkling of the Blood.
Ezekiel 43 says of these Levitical rituals, “And if they be ashamed of all that they have done {If the Israelites are repentant – Eli}, show them the form of the house, and the fashion thereof, and the goings out thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the laws thereof: and write it in their sight, THAT THEY MAY KEEP THE WHOLE FORM THEREOF, and all the ordinances thereof, and DO THEM…And He said unto me, Son of man, thus says Yahweh Elohim: These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings thereon, and to SPRINKLE BLOOD THEREON.” – Ez. 43: 11-18.
King Uzziah of Judah, who was one of their better kings (II Chron. 26:4, 5), was nevertheless punished by Yahweh, because he presumed to offer sacrifices, which were the exclusive province of the priesthood.
“But when he was strong, his heart was lifted up to his destruction: for he transgressed against Yahweh Elohim and went into the temple of Yahweh to burn incense upon the altar of incense. And Azariah the priest went in after him, and with fourscore priests of Yahweh, who were valiant men: And they withstood Uzziah the king, and said to him, It appertains not to you, Uzziah, to burn incense to Yahweh, but to the priests, the sons of Aaron, that are consecrated to burn incense: go out of the sanctuary, for you have trespassed…” - II Chron. 26:16-18.
Because Uzziah violated the letter of the law, he was immediately struck with leprosy and eventually died of it. These verses demonstrate how strictly all of the Levitical rituals must be practiced. The Old Covenant demanded minute attention to details; and Uzziah was stricken with leprosy for burning incense where only the Aaronic priests were allowed to do so. Given such precise attention to detail, which was mandated of the priesthood, especially in the blood sacrifices, is it conceivable that, when the most important sacrifice of all time was to take place, the ritual would not be fulfilled to the letter? That is what Clifton Emahiser expects us to believe!!!
Even Paul verifies this total attention to the minutest details, under the Old Covenant:
“See, says He, that you make all things according to the pattern showed to you in the mount.” - Hebrews 8:5, quoting Exodus 25:40. Exodus 25 is the chapter that gives the instructions for the building of the Ark of the Covenant.
“Wherefore the Holy Ghost is also a witness to us: for after that he had said before, This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith Yahweh, I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them. And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. Having, therefore, brethren, confidence to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way, which he has consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, His flesh; and having a high priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts SPRINKLED from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.” - Hebrews 10:15-22.
There’s that word, sprinkle, again! Paul repeats this theme at Heb. 9:17-21 and 11:28, where he makes a distinction between the Passover and the sprinkling of the blood of the Atonement. Speaking of Moses, Paul says, “Through faith He kept the Passover and the sprinkling of the blood.” The long and short of it is this: The Passover ritual never involved any sprinkling of blood for the Atonement. Yet, since Yahshua only died once, His Blood had to somehow fulfill both ceremonies. The Law demands this. The sprinkling of the blood was always performed by the High Priest during the Day of Atonement. As I have argued previously, since there was no physical High Priest to perform this ceremony, Yahweh Himself acted as the High Priest and caused the autumn rain to wash the Holy Blood down through the crack, thus allowing the Blood, which was shed on the Day of Passover, to be sprinkled onto the lid of the Ark of the Covenant, on the Day of Atonement.
Fantastic theory? Yes! Mind-blowing? Yes! Crazy? Maybe!
But Scripture demands that we consider this interpretation, because, otherwise, there is no possible fulfillment of the Atonement.
Finally, Hebrews 12:24:
“… Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaks better things than that of Abel.”
Abel’s blood was shed on the ground, but Yahshua’s Blood, under the terms of the Old Covenant, had to be sprinkled on the Mercy Seat, so that the New Covenant atonement could be established. This fact alone makes Ron Wyatt’s story eminently plausible – even true. But I will leave that decision to you, the reader. I have no desire to demand that you agree with my interpretations of Scripture. Clifton Emahiser is free to disagree with me on this point. It’s a free country, for a little while longer. But we have to consider ALL THE EVIDENCE, not just that which fits our personal opinion.
The Paul-worshippers only consider those statements which can be interpreted as being universalistic. The Paul-bashers only consider those statements which can be interpreted as incriminating. Both camps fail to consider the whole man. They paint him as they want him to be. Clifton Emahiser, very unfairly, has done the same thing to Ron Wyatt. Clifton needs to temper his arguments with more humility and less invective. We should save our ridicule for the Jews and not waste it on people who need our knowledge, compassion and guidance.
If Ron Wyatt was the descendant of a Levitical priest, this would explain why only he was able to go near the Ark. This is, after all, a matter of Blood and DNA! No one else was able to do this; and six Jews died trying to get near it. We have to consider that Yahweh’s ways are often mysterious to us, often unbelievable. The bottom line is this: Yahweh always makes good on His Word. Of this there is no doubt, believable or not.
Yes, it is irritating when someone refers to the Jews as “Israel.” It drives me crazy when somebody refers to Christianity as the “Judeo-Christian tradition,” when I know that is an oxymoron. But does that allow me to say anything I want to about such deluded people? What ever happened to Christian charity, humility, and fairness? These attributes are just as important as knowledge. None of them should be neglected; and the fact that Ron Wyatt was wrong about the Jews does not disqualify him from our loving kindness. Even Jesus preached to the whores and tax collectors. They were guilty of far worse things than Mr. Wyatt.
In my opinion, Clifton Emahiser has not proven any of his points about Ron Wyatt’s supposed con-artistry. In addition, virtually every historical issue he has raised was shown to be quite irrelevant to the subject of the Ark, especially where he tries to argue that the curses upon the Temple and the city of Jerusalem apply to a location outside of this area, which was not even within the confines of the accursed place.
Conclusion
It is very important that we in Christian Israel admonish our brethren with kindness and humility. In his diatribe against Ron Wyatt, Clifton Emahiser often resorts to the tactic of ridiculing those with whom he disagrees, using such terms as “idiot,” “fool,” “fraud,” “con-artist,” etc. We should reserve such language for our real enemies, the Edomites.
“But I say to you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca (worthless), shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, You fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.” - Matt. 5:22.
Brotherly love is a commandment, not a suggestion. I know that Clifton does not consider non-seedliners to be Israelites. But that is HIS OWN definition. Jesus had no such definition. Nor does Scripture. It is our job, as researchers and interpreters of Scripture, to use our knowledge to bring the flock back into the fold. This is what Yahshua did. He humbled Himself to the point of giving His life for us, to set this example of humility among the Brethren.
“For even hereunto were ye called; because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps; Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously.” – I Peter 2:21-23.
I advise Clifton Emahiser to also follow this example and to stop demeaning those who disagree with him. When we demean others, we demean ourselves. Assuming an attitude of superiority towards fellow Israelites is risky business. Pride comes before a fall. “Be ye therefore wise as serpents, yet guileless as doves.” Matt. 10:6. As Christians, we must always take the time to hear the other man out.
In his recently issued Part 4 of his attack on Ron Wyatt, he says I am a phony two-seedliner because I do not accept his particular interpretation of Genesis 1-3. He says, “BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! The doctrine of Ron Wyatt is an antithesis (on opposition) to TWO SEEDLINE TRUTH! After Wyatt’s death, Jonathan Gray took up his phony cause, and today Eli James (claiming to be Two Seedliner) is close on Gray’s heels.” – Ron Wyatt, Honest?, Or Deceitful Fraud? #4 (unproofed copy).
What Clifton is really saying is “Anyone who disagrees with my version of Two-Seedline is not really a two-seedliner.” We’ll see about that, Clifton. This theological debate is not over, by any means. I know that you teach that Yahweh had no part in creating or forming the other races. You say that the other races are the exclusive product of hybridization between Whites and the fallen angels, or their angel/animal hybrids. If that is true, then please explain Genesis 3:1, which states: “Now the Serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field, WHICH YAHWEH ELOHIM HAD MADE”!!
Every two-seedliner I know says that the “beast of the field” represents the other races. Now, tell me again who made the beast of the field. What does Gen. 3:1 say about who made him? And, if Cain was the first hybrid offspring between Eve and Nachash, who was it that Cain married? Did he marry a monkey or another humanoid? Your theory is loaded with logical, genetic, archeological and historical problems, as I have demonstrated in Enmity, Part 5. See http://anglo-saxonisrael.com/site/node/181
As I said, we’ll see whose version of two-seedline is more credible. I am offering you an open invitation to debate me on this matter on my talk show: www.talkshoe.com/tc/22187 . Name the date.
Back to Ron Wyatt. The fact is this: If Ron Wyatt is correct that the blood that he found on the Mercy Seat is that of Jesus Christ, and that the DNA is recoverable, this DNA will clearly be ADAMIC (i.e., Caucasian Israelite) DNA, NOT Jewish DNA. The Jews are absolutely terrified of having this type of DNA test performed on the Holy Blood, because it will reveal the stark differences between Jewish (Khazar and Edomite) DNA versus Judahite DNA. Skip Baker and I have advocated that this test be done. This test will PROVE Two-Seedline, Clifton! It will absolutely verify the Two-Seedline interpretation of John 8:33-44. And it will prove that Jesus was NOT a Jew! This is exactly what the Jews are afraid of!
As I have said many times, I consider the Christian Identity ministry to be the Remnant that has been called out to preach the Truth to the sleeping sheep. Jesus said, “The harvest is plenteous, but the laborers are few.” If we expect to heal the breach between the True Word and the Apostasy called “Judeo-Christianity,” we cannot think of the sheep as “idiots.” Calling them names will not do! I admit that I have, at times, made fun of the Caucasian Judeo-Christians; but I have also tried hard to reason with them in the spirit of “Come, let us reason together.” We must always keep in mind that they have been deceived. Although many of their ministers are witting tools of the Jews – such as John Hagee – the sheep are not knowingly following these falsehoods. The Serpent is in their midst; and they do not realize it. Realizing that the Jews ARE NOT the Israelites of the Bible is the first step in the awakening process. Before they can even consider two-seedline, they must accept this fact. Milk before meat. For these people, two-seedline is barbecued steak, with hot sauce!!! It burns their tongues and their ears!
In teaching our message of separation from the other races, we need to follow Christ’s example of swallowing our pride, because the sheep will only flee from us if we constantly scold them. Putting on an air of superiority will just drive them away. Keep this in mind, Clifton, before you again use words like “fool” and ‘idiot” towards fellow Israelites. We want to gather the sheep, not scatter them. Once they’re in the corral, then they can be weaned off of milk, and meat can be served!!
Wrapping Up the Defense
Anyone who has been accused of a crime deserves to have an advocate. I have done my best to represent Ron Wyatt against Clifton Emahiser. The Prosecution’s case is based entirely on hearsay and contrived arguments, most of which have no bearing on the Defendant’s character. I expect that Ron Wyatt will be completely exonerated from these accusations.
Ron Wyatt was an honest man. It’s his critics who are the liars and charlatans. In my estimation, he was a guileless Israelite. His only mistake was that he gave the Jews too much credit. I wish he were still alive, so that I could have the opportunity to explain to him who the Jews really are. The Israelis lied to him about the REAL REASONS for hushing this matter up. Given this fabrication, and the political situation in the Vampire State, Ron Wyatt did what was prudent and reasonable, according to his own understanding of reality. To do otherwise would have invited an assassin’s bullet. Except for some of his SDA theology, I find no fault in him. - Pastor Eli James}
